The manager was sweet and thanked my husband for his service; everyone else that worked at this establishment was absolutely atrocious except for one person with a beard behind the bar, who I complimented. The place looks like an old school bowling alley without the prices, comfort, or customer service. We will not be back, sadly. I really wish that I could give higher praise, but truly, if sucked.
My experience at Bowlero was fun and fine. I think the staff could be a little more forthcoming about the nighttime unlimited bowling option- you have to specify you want this or you will be charged per game. BUT the manager Michelle was very kind and informative in explaining the prices and daily differences. The staff itself was also nice just shy maybe. Drinks and food are overpriced but that’s typical for corporate anything really. I tried to do a survey on the website from the receipt but the website is not real? The corporation seems sloppy but this location was just fine!
Very large and empty. You don’t have to wait in line for anything. Don’t go there looking to eat or drink. They didn’t have a can opener for the pineapple juice which are advertised as signature drinks. Looked like two people running the place and neither very happy to be here. So if you just come to bowl, it’s fine.
False advertising. They have a price listed on the counter for Monday-Thursday. Today we tried to bowl; it's Monday July 3. They increased the price per person. When I asked why, they said because it's a holiday weekend. It's Monday. I asked that he take the sign down or honor it and he said he couldn't. We left and went across town to bowl.
This is a bait and switch. The images online looked so nice, this is a run down bowling alley that smelled like smoke. They took my nearly $400 party money up front and promised fresh made food. When we arrived nothing looked like the pictures. The arcade was mostly out of order and nothing like online. They told me they had to go and buy some pizzas from the grocery store as part of our prepaid package included pizza. Nothing was set up when we got there. No tables. No lanes. No instagrammable moments like was advertised. They started unfolding dirty 6ft tables after our party time started. We said we weren’t staying for our 13 year olds birthday party, and they told me too bad no refunds. DONT PREPAY FOR A PARTY HERE. ALMOST $400 GONE FOR NOTHING BUT A SMOKEY, DIRTY, BROKEN RESTROOM, BOWLING ALLEY. Bowling is about the only thing that is accurate.
I liked everything besides the punk/pop music that was playing. The Groupon was well worth it, I would definitely bowl here again.
Brought my family for Sunday Funday Fathers Day It was my kids first time bowling. While we were there we ordered pizza delicious and played in the arcade. We had a great time. Zero complaints.
Nice place. Affordable. Staff was friendly and helpful. We will be back for sure.
The lanes aren't bad in my opinion, but the service to get a drink or 2 during a couple hours of bowling was a bit more than they could handle and there weren't more than 15 people in the whole place at 4:30 on a Saturday. I'm sure ou party of 5 would have spent at least $100 in drink service. Apparently the one guy behind the counter doesn't care to help anyone. We will go to Andy B's from now on.
So glad I had a groupon for our family. It's clean and if something goes wrong w lane they are quick to tend to it and get you back in the game. They have these dinosaurs to guide your ball or choice of having bumpers. We had fun, we have always enjoyed bowling here. Friendly staff, clean bathrooms. Not a fan of the food but to some it's fine. 4 people can easily play 3 games in 2 hours. Now Go have some fun y'all.
