This was my first visit since it was Brunswick. I really enjoyed the atmosphere. It was clean and the staff was friendly. I gave it 3 stars because it because it was expensive imo I paid $99.51 for 4 people to bowl 2 game, 1 large pizza and 4 sodas because they don't do pitchers... or so I was told. I saw another family walking back to their table with a pitcher full of something. As for the pizza the cheese and sauce was good, but the crust was burnt and I ended up having to throw out 2 slices because the kids didn't like it. I told the cashier I had a promo code for B1G1 and was told they handle all of that at the end. When I 'checked out' of course I completely forgot about the promo code between 3 kids nagging to play in the arcade and being told my total was $100... All in all, the experience wasn't bad, but for that price it would've been better to just get the summer pass.
We were there for a birthday party and they got it for a reasonable price. Food is included and they made sure we didn't run out. The arcade card gave the kids a couple of things to do besides bowling. We enjoyed ourselves.
Stephanie behind the counter was exceptional and very friendly and informational! The bartender totally ignored us when they were five customers, gentlemen at the bar young men, it took about 15 minutes to even grab her attention until she said I’ll be right with you. Erica, the cocktail waitress, passed right by us, she went to the people to the left and went to the people to the right, and never approached us. Did not even acknowledge us. My son and I are both in the customer service industry, big mistake Erica, and bartender! Huge! $$
Clean and pleasant looking in here. The staff is decent. When it’s slow you have to order a drink from the same place you pay for lanes and shoe rental.
Staff is great and the people there are friendly. Food is food and drink selections are great. Food is like any other chain so do not expect high class. But all in all its a great place to bowl and hang.
Nice place, good service, but WAY overpriced. Met 4 friends there and played 3 games. I paid $36 for 3 games, my friend paid for him and his son to play 2 games and paid $52. Why did they pay more per game? We all agreed to go somewhere else so we don't feel ripped off. Some of us sent messages to our friends to share the insane price. Not good when one of them is a bowling coach for a high school. Biggest impression was the price.
They do not accept Groupon on Saturdays after 6pm very disappointing so we left will try again tomorrow. However bowling alley has a really nice atmosphere. Also they have arcade games.
Theu were pretty busy, and the lady at the register didn't seem like she wanted to help me. I think she was the manager. The bartender was super nice and helpful.
Bowling stoned with my nephew. No pinsetter pride people. Just Chinese eyes because that's what all the best cowboys are peeping through.-. Thank you for that great big album Mr. Townsend.
Having specials or not...$7.99 a game and $6.50 for shoes is ridiculous. Those kind of prices I expect "Chick-fil-A" friendly staff but all I got was Arby's...
