Joseph and Rita Brusco came to Ellis Island and made the USA their home, after many years they decided to relocate their family to South Florida and opened Brusco's in 1972 in Deerfield Beach Mamma Brusco's was commander in Chief with her culinary skills using recipes handed down from generation to generations. in 2005 commander in chief is eldest son Frank Brusco and the legacy continues! for almost 4 decades Brusco's has been providing South Florida with delicious authentic Italian-American Cuisine with dedication, and love.

This is my third time eating here and the first time when I didn't forget to take a picture. Pasta is so delicious I didn't know that restaurants in America can make good pasta, before I ate here. Also was struggling to find decent pizza in LHP area, now I found delicious one. The waiter told us the secret is with water filter they have, but I think there's more than just that. Great place highly recommend.
First time here. Ordered take out for dinner a few nights ago and picked it up. Waitress was very nice at pick up. White Pizza with chicken and cheese. Also a seafood dish is what I ordered. Prices are reasonable. The pizza was flavorful but too much cheese drowning everything else on it. But still tasty. I added chicken on the pizza and there were just a few sprinkles. Why bother putting it on? Ordered the seafood dish consisting of calamari, fish, mussels,shrimp pasta over linguine. The sauce was tasty but the linguine was way over cooked and mushy. After eating it a few hours later, I got a bad case of food poisoning that set me back 2 days. Throwing up and all the bad cramps! My guess it was the seafood in it. We will not be returning. Place seems not too clean. Very dirty bathroom. I just saw the owners reply below and it seems really childish to say I don't exist and your "Glad" you gave me food poisoning? That's a really sick mind. Good luck to anyone eats there!
Great place for casual dining with friends and family, really enjoyed service and atmosphere, super friendly and tasty, looking forward to future meals! Good wine selection, true homemade Italian dishes, great size portions.
The service, the food, the atmosphere, was absolutely incredible. I joked and said they were the Mystic Pizza of Deerfield Beach. I meant it. I would recommend this place to anyone who was looking for a classic Italian pizza joint in south Florida.
Just had a lovely meal at Brusco’s! Ordered margarita pizza and snapper with lemon fettuccine. Everything was fresh and tasty. Enjoyed the atmosphere and the attentive staff made our meal even better! Will be back
Old school Italian classics. Really good but not extraordinarily good. It’s cosy, not fancy. Decent prices. Friendly staff. We’ve been a few times and it has been consistent.
LOVED Brusco's! Lasagna is the best you will find anywhere! Italian salad dressing was amazing. Loved the garlic knots. The chicken parm was delish too! Highly recommend!
I Move to Pompano Beach recently I eat pizza every Friday a tradition in my family since I was a child. I and constantly trying different Pizza establishments. I have tried over 20 local pizza restaurants. Brusco's New York style is my new favorite. The New York style is crispy from your first bite all the way to the crust which is amazing.The Margherita pizza has the same crisp and is phenomenal. When picking up the I saw ricotta cheesecake the way it looked reminded me of my grandmother and mother who used to make it. I cannot believe I am about to post this. Brusco,'s is better than both of there's. A must try...
Just moved to Deerfield Beach from New York and I had the pizza from brusco and It was just as good or maybe better than I had in New York ! Seth and his wife are wonderful people ! Keep up the great work!
Your dinner portions are very small. But you charge full price, service was slow with only 2 people in the restaurant. No garlic rolls with dinner? Baked ziti didn’t taste good at all. Must be a reason you’re very slow for business. Much like the old owners food /prices. Wont return.
