Quarterly Paint Parties!
In the 1960's, eight local artists formed the Brush and Palette Club of Grove, Oklahoma. Fifty year member, Caroline Baker remembers paying for the front half of the big red barn by selling milk, eggs, cream and butter with other members each donating $5. a month or working at building renovations to afford membership. Today the club's fine arts gallery is truly an asset to the town of Grove. In the beginning and to this day, Brush and Palette's goal is to promote an appreciation of cultural arts.
The public is always welcome and the gallery is open Wednesday through Saturday, 10 - 4.
