The Brush Factory, built in 1917, is a re-purposed, multiuse factory building offering live and work space for artists, craftsman and manufacturing.
Originally built for clothes brushes by Herbert Rush Manufacturingfor the U.S. Army during the World War I, subsequent uses included furniture and doll manufacturing. This Brick Mill building is currently home to Green Palette custom furniture makers, Zephyr Float (flotation therapy spa), T Salon (tea makers), Treeline Nut Cheese (nut cheese makers), The Local Branch (leather goods and fashion), Lone Pine Road music studio and a myriad of artists, healers and creative folk.
