I have lived here almost 2 years. They have worked with us when we had hard times. As long as we communicated with them. And we have no bugs or roaches. To get bugs or roaches I believe that is from not cleaning and being dirty. We have had our moments but anytime we needed something fixed or a question we got them answered and our stuff got fixed

I only gave it one star because it doesn't go any lower! If i could have put a negative rating..i would rate it a -100! The pics are definitely of some place else! The park is a slum hole! They don't fix anything! The trailers are falling down and infested with all kinds of bugs! The landlord does nothing to rectify the issues..and the rent is outrageous! Save ur time and money and avoid it at all cost! Gives new light to the phrase "trailer trash"!
Filthy trailer park. Infested with bed bugs and roaches. They dont exterminate there are babies in this park that are getting bjt up and tore up by the bed bugs every single night these babies being 1 and waking up every morning covered in bites all over theirnbodies. The landlord wont do anything about it. Besides send his friends around with spray that did nothing but make the bugs worse. He doesnt fix anything broken or dangerous to babies in the trailers. All he truly cares about is money money money. He put families out on the streets that had no where to go even though they were working hard to get rent paid. But he lets the drug dealers stay as long as they please bc he knows theyll get his money for him. If i could truly rate it how everyone in here feels about it it would be a negative rating. Bc of how poorly things are handled in this park and everything.i wish i could post pictures of these places how they truly are. People that are just moving in already dont like the place bc of all the bugs How dirty it is and how uncaring the landlord is..

Wonderful place to live. Very quiet. I raised a child there.
I have been here for 3 years and I am very happy with it and I would tell anyone looking for a place to call
