I walked in at 5:30 on a weekday because I work till 5. The store closes at 6. I was trying to be fast, but they shut the lights off at 5:50 while I was in the dressing room. The gal there said the employees have to be out of there by 6pm. Someone needs to clue in this business that closing at 6 means the customers come first till 6 and then the employees tidy up the store and leave afterwards. For anyone who works till 5, shopping here on a weekday is pointless. For their rudeness, I won't be back, even on a Saturday. The store might look nice, but their concern is for themselves, not the customer.
BSW is a great place to shop. The staff are always helpful and fun, for sure. I like the prices, which are very reasonable, and the array of items keep you wandering the aisles for quite awhile! You can always rest on the many couches for sale displayed on the floor. Thank you BSW.
Nice improvement. Always love going there. At least they are not greedy like Goodwill and offer reasonable prices for their donated merchandise. The remodel was a great addition.
They only accept cash. The cashier was also really not friendly. When I put my change in the tip jar, I didn’t even get a smile or nod of acknowledgement. That said, I did get a decent wooden chair for $9 the price said $15 but they gave me a $6 discount. I didn’t notice a sale on anything but I’m definitely not going to complain about that. Not sure I would go back just based on the customer service I experienced.

Least expensive Thrift with the best cause for local help. Good items that are clean and in good condition. Wonderful staff, amazing workers.
