I bought 2 dresses for an upcoming wedding. I dropped them off here more so to be pressed than actually dry cleaned. It never crossed my mind that I should inquire as to the price. $30 APIECE to have them dry cleaned! When I got the text, I just KNEW it was a mistake. Nope! When I asked why it cost so much, I was told it had to do w the length of the dress one was knee, one ankle, casual vs formal one of each, and material. For the differences in the dresses, that answer didn't hold water. The bill was more than the cost of the dresses! I'll be sure to go somewhere else next time.
Way over priced for dry cleaning. I paid 30.00 to dry clean 2 shirt sleeve shirts. I felt like I just got rob, wow I will never go back ever.Service: Dry cleaning
I got the skirt my cat peed on dry cleaned here. They got all the stains out and it now smells wonderful! They also said it was no problem when I had to pick up a few days late. Kind, professional service!
They charged me $73 to get 6 days of clothes washed and dried. That's triple what I usually pay anywhere else.
This is not about the cleaning service, but about the knowledge of the employees. I had heard that Pilgrim was accepting donations of Halloween costumes. I specifically called the Eagan location yesterday to ask if they were still accepting the costumes and was told that today, Saturday, was the last day. I made a special trip to this location, driving 30 minutes out of my way, only to find out that last day for collections was October 13, two weeks ago. How could the employee I talked to on the phone have been so mistaken? Also, the employee working today expressed absolutely no concern or apology for the fact that I had made a special trip and had been given misinformation. When I told her that the person I talked to yesterday should be better informed, she gave me a blank stare. I have not tried the cleaning services, but I am not impressed with the customer service. I gave it two stars instead of one simply because this is not about the cleaning. I had not seen the owner/manager's response until today, Jan. 8. I did NOT leave the costumes because I was told it was too late and I could not do so. I was NOT told about any box for collections still located at that or any other location. I was simply told it was "too late" and she didn't offer to contact a manager or get more information for me. All of my requests for more information were met with a blank stare.
As a business traveler I often utilize the same day service option. For the last year when this service request is made, the morning staff seem as if its "truly a bother" for them to receive the clothes and prep them before the morning driver arrives. Dropped off between 7:45 - 8:00 am Finally decided I've had enough and will find another cleaner.
They did a great job cleaning and pressing the shirts I dropped off - however the customer service at the Eagan store was bad enough that I won't be returning . They acted very annoyed about the same day service. If you don't want to do that - don't offer it to your customers!
Dropped a newer $60 shirt off for cleaning had been cleaned elsewhere twice previously and when the shirt was returned to me fiber had been pulled from it rendering it ruined. When I brought this up to the management staff I was offered a whopping $10 in store credit. Besides that, when simple stains are pointed out to staff I'll get the shirt back with the stain still in it. Because of all the above reasons I"ll be taking my business elsewhere and I suggest you do too.
