Where do I begin!!?? This place absolutely amazing! It is quite and relaxing, the seasonal campers are nice and will help you any way they can. The staff is nice and friendly. If you call here Mrs. Candy is one hell of a woman, she will help you with anything that you need. 5 stars is not enough to give this camp ground! They are 10+ stars hands down!
*BEWARE* the manager of this place will search your tent and belongings when your out exploring! And then when asked for a refund was refused! Police said they couldn’t help since it was on private property! Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! Trashy rude management! If you choose to stay here make sure you bring lots of locks to lock EVERYTHING you have up so the manager can’t get her fingers on it.
THEY SEARCHED MY TENT! I was out exploring Indiana all day and when I came back to sleep all my stuff was moved, even my tent. The only explanation I got was being suspected of doing “illegal stuff” since I wasn’t there all day. Ruined my trip and how I think of Indiana people, would give 0 stars if I could.
We stopped by unexpectedly and truly enjoyed the wonderful people that checked us in, so helpful. The campground was very cute set up like it's own little town. Wish we had more time to spend there and truly enjoy all they had to offer. Thanks
At the Hippi festival 2022, be sure to stop by Sara near the red barn & tour my Gypsy Ledge Vardo that I and my friends built one summer 6 yrs ago. It has a queen size oak futon, table & chairs, electric and a Frank Lloyd Wright window! Enjoy!
THE OWNERS WILL GO THREW YOUR TENT WHEN YOU ARE NOT THERE ! Please beware of this place. If personal belongings in your tent came up missing in the past you know who to blame. Totally Unprofessional and aa invasion of privacy . Never heard of a manager at a camp ground going threw someone tent .
Apparently, you are given a days notice before a holiday weekend to leave because of lies. The owner doesn’t have the decency to call you about the issues. Way overpriced won’t maintain sites. Don’t recommend
Phone continuously rings without an answer. Called multiple times and never received a call back. Used to go here before, was encouraged to go back due to new operators; not impressed.Service: 1/5
I practically raised my kids here! Absolutely Love Buck Lake Ranch!
Sadly a place I have been coming to for more than 20 years has decided to drive away the musicians and fans who have come to this property thru many different owners. I have not had contact with the newest owners but was told bands we love are no longer welcome. I find it odd that they are having some Hippie Magic but they are importing the Hippies, the vendors and the fans. Those of us who were here for Grassroots Tea Party, Jeff Austin, Billy Strings, Kind Country, the Hoot have all been driven away. So sad for a place with such amazing history.
