My goals as a personal trainer is to try an get you in the best shape of your life. And that will happen as a result of steady exercise and healthy food choices. I like to focus on the fundamentals of a particular exercise and proper form. I love my non job as a personal trainer and I would do it for free if I had no paying clients.
