Quick to schedule garage door opener replacement. Responsive and professional. Everything works fine. Left garage neat and clean. Told service between 10-12, but tech arrived at 12:40. When scheduling and again by tech, told estimated time to do work two hours, tech finished in 65 minutes. He is probably very good but for the price of $674, I wonder about the pricing. Seems I paid for a bit more than I got.
Buckeridge Door is amazing! They were the third company I contacted second that came out to look at my garage door opener and THE MOST HONEST, PROFESSIONAL, and RELIABLE company I have dealt with. They will not try to oversell you. The repair man could have easily told me that I needed a new garage door opener installed but he didn't . Instead he fixed what needed to be fixed, gave everything a once over, greased everything that needed to be, and that was it. My door works perfectly! I'm so grateful. Thank you Buckeridge Door!

Victor came to assess and repair my garage door...DONE in an hour and extremely reasonable $322! He was very knowledgeable and replaced/repaired exactly what needed very quickly. A prior company came out and insisted I needed a completely new door at a cost of $3,800! I can't recommend Buckeridge Door enough!
Holy moly! What an amazing experience. John and Jason were super responsive, professional, courteous, and helpful. They scheduled our service call for the following day. The tech showed up and installed our new garage door opener as scheduled. Bing bang boom. No fuss. No complications. Oh, and the final cost ended up being less than what they quoted me over the phone. This was by far our easiest home improvement project. Way to go, fellas.
Buckeridge was very quick to respond to my on-line request for an estimate. A fair, accurate estimate was provided. Scheduling was prompt and easy. The technician arrived right on time, and though there was a problem with the opener that was ordered not being in the truck, another person brought one out very quickly and the installation proceeded without a hitch. Great service!
I received such excellent service from Buckeridge Door in Bartlett! On Sunday evening, my old garage door literally fell apart when I closed it. I texted them a picture that night per their website; and Julie responded right away! By Monday, Shawn had come out to measure; and it was ready and installed by Dave by Wednesday! Dave did a wonderful job installing, and even eliminated a pesky gap I had previously. Everyone was so nice and professional, and answered all of my questions. And the price was actually slightly less than I anticipated having done some research previously, knowing that my old door was on its last legs. I could not be more pleased: Highly recommended!
