Very nice store. The prices are a little bit on the high end, but it's high quality merchandise. The staff was super friendly as well. Sierra helped me pick out bday gifts for my brother and sister. She did a great job!! I'd definitely go there again.
I’ve been a loyal customer here for over 5 years. The sales have become super pushy to the point it’s uncomfortable even from the management. I barely shop in store anymore and dread coming in to make a payment. Literally shoving 60$+ shirts and 100$+ pants in my face.

Haven't been to the Franklin Park location... Even though I frequent the mall often enough. My wife and I had went yesterday to look for some new jeans for the new motorcycle season. We were greated very friendly by a young gentlemen by the name of Matthew. He was genuinely helpful with my selection of jeans... And was also helpful with my wife as she also chose a pair of jeans from there as well. Everyone was very helpful and very friendly. Makes you want to definitely come back and spend more money there!!! I will be at least!!

Someone the workers are friendly some looks at you like what are you doing here. The old workers aren't there anymore. Me n my husband spend a lot of money there so we may not go back..
Love this store!! We had Hannah help my daughter for school shopping, She was very friendly and helpful, my daughter loved her!! Made the whole shopping trip alot easier for this mom!!!
I went in looking today for a few t-shirts. I'm pretty picky and I was between sizes depending on the brand of the shirt. SJ, a manager there, was very patient and helpful. She helped my girlfriend find a bunch of different shirts for me to choose from. She was really friendly and I ended up leaving with some shirts I really like!
My girls loved the store. The staff very helpful and friendly. A little on the pricy side but good looking clothes.
First time in this store. The manager helped me find my first pair of miss me Jean's. And I love them. She was so nice and knew her store well. She knew what size I was without having to measure me. That's impressive.
