Staff is really nice, and helpful when needed. They allowed me to look around when I was unsure about what I wanted and were helpful when I wanted them to be. Very great experience, and have shopped there for years. They also have a seamstress that works under them to repair rips and hem jeans if needed. She does great work and has a quick turn around.
The Buckle store or outlet store located in Moscow, Idaho - Palouse Mall location is a wonderful store! They have a great selection of jeans of course and many accessory items for men, women and youth! Associates here love to help out and provide great customer service! 5 stars
All I went in there for was a belt but an employee named Noah tried to sell me some jeans. That's fine, there's nothing wrong with pushing sales, but I made it known that I wasn't interested because I had already purchased some from Old Navy because I like their prices. What isn't okay is ganging up on me with your co-workers and mocking me for not wanting to purchase overpriced jeans. I have never felt so uncomfortable while shopping before. All of the employees were rude and hostile towards me while still trying to get me to buy stuff. The Buckle employees do not know when to take a hint or don't care. They try to bully you into buying clothes from them. I won't be going back in for a while and I'd rather buy clothes online just so I don't have to deal with their employees.
I really enjoy their jeans! The staff was helpful to show me all of my options. I was in and out!
The manager is very unprofessional and when someone asks a questions or tries to have a conversation she responds negatively and gives her attitude. Rudest Manager out of all the 5 Buckle’s I’ve shopped at. I’ll never buy from this store until the manager is gone. The last managers were kind and helpful they need to bring them back!!!

Worse experience ever at the buckle today! They are no help other than trying to get that commission! They can't even help pay on your buckle card why do they even offer them then? I will be canceling both my card and my husband's and never be back!

My wife loves this place and she looks AWESOME in her new clothes she bought!!!
