Buckle

Arrived at the store to return 2 pairs of pants. I was not greeted in a traditional way but, rather with a "are you trading those for other jeans". No, I responded politely and said I was only looking for a return. She turned to walk towards the registers, not communicating verbally that she wanted me to follow. I said I only had my phone number, the card I used to purchase the jean. After giving her my phone number she said there were no purchases made under that number. I finally found my emailed receipt and showed it to her. She said she couldn't look my order up by email. Finally, another associate came to assist and my return was processed quickly.

Great store! Amazing jeans and helpful staff. These jeans last forever as they are of great quality.

Definitely would not recommend this store. Lied to me over the phone causing me to drive an hour round trip. Told me could return a pair of Hey Dudes because of separation of the fabric and sole then refused to when i got there. Only had them not quite 2 months. Will never come here again.

Excellent service and had luck finding reasonable priced shirts and shorts. Dressing rooms are open. Two great customer sales assistants, helped to find the perfect fit!

Really like this store but can never find the clothes I like. Printed shorts for women and no so short the behind shows its glory. Prices are also kind of high so will go on to other places to find till you guys come up with reasonable prices and more denim and prints for women.

ULTIMATE HUMILIATION I went in today for the first time, by recommendation of multiple friends. I have been searching for stylish, good fitting jeans, they all assured me this was the place. I found a couple styles in my size, and regardless of price, was excited! Then, while I was in the changing room, with NO pants on, just my top and thong, the store employee UNLOCKED AND OPENED the door on me!! Never knocked, never asked if it was occupied.. the rooms are in the middle of the store, which was fairly busy. I can't think of any time in my life where I have been SO humiliated. Needless to say, I didn't buy the jeans and never will step foot in buckle again.

I bought the most expensive pair of jeans I've ever bought at this store. Buckle brand. After 2 months they ripped at the back pocket seam. I have bought $25.00 jeans from meijers that lasted 2 years. Very disappointed. More expensive definatley does not mean better quality.
