Dr Buckley and Dr Roessler are the type of dentists you want taking care of your family's teeth. Their entire team is efficient, professional and customer service oriented. This is not a huge office that works in getting a volume patients daily. You will receive personal care and attention which you have come to expect. They spend time and explain everything to you. These are the dentist you grew up with. My family and all my extended family, as well as my friends and employees are patients of Dr. Buckley and Dr. Roessler. They really know what they are doing. I recommend their office without hesitation.
Just had the best experience at this office! Rachel was very professional and extremely friendly over the phone and in person. Andrea, my hygienist, was efficient and gentle and Dr. Buckley was very nice and personable. The online paperwork was easy to figure out and the email and text message reminders were helpful. I highly recommended this office!
Dr Rihl Buckley has been our family dentist for nearly 30 years. He starting seeing my sons when they were in elementary school and I was so happy with his care of them that I decided to begin seeing him as well. The office staff is always extremely friendly and accommodating. The hygienists are always professional and outgoing. Dr Buckley has such a kind and comforting demeanor that he puts the patient at ease during what can be an anxious situation for many people. I am so impressed with Dr Buckley and the practice that I have continued to see him after moving to Austin many years ago. Some things are just worth going the extra miles and Dr Buckley exemplifies that for me.
This office is the best dentist office I have ever been to. I filled out all the paperwork online before my appointment and literally was in the chair within 2 minutes of my arrival. Dr. Roessler was super informative and not your typical dentist who tells you how bad a job you do cleaning your teeth. She engaged in great conversation and occasionally would break to explain how small changes in the way I do things could improve my dental health. I am used to experiencing a fair amount of pain while getting a cleaning but I believe she took her time and did everything the correct way as opposed to the fast way. I would highly recommend this office to anyone.
I never knew one could love a visit to the dentist's office. No, really... Where does one start? Easy to navigate website. All forms easy to fill out. Immediate responses via email and text. A front office that answers the phone, knows who you are, even as a first patient, and responds quickly to any and all requests. Patients in the waiting room that forgot to update or fill out forms handed an iPad with BIG font, for the update. A hygienist that is so gentle and thorough that you forget that you have mask off and I am a virus phobe, who cleaned teeth without pain and upon request without ultrasonics. Dr. Roessler with a thorough, personalized exam that treats you more like a family member than a patient. She tells you what she is doing, and is reasonable about x-rays. An office that knows YOUR insurance policy, and what they do and don't pay for. A computer system that has my next appointment in 4 months, and has sent me reminders for my Outlook calendar. Did I mention easy parking? The entire office family oriented, and always supporting each other. Two dentists who speak glowingly about each other? I can't recommend this experience highly enough. This was seven stars in a five star world. Congratulations to the TEAM that provided this experience.
Dr Buckley is fantastic. He provides very objective and honest advice. There are plenty of dentists, especially after covid, that will try to sell you oral care you dont need. Dr Buckley helped me avoid that; thank you Dr!
I worked as a temporary dental hygienist for Dr. Buckley. He is an excellent dentist. He is very ethical, and performs technically excellent dentistry.
