Great nature trails. Don't seem to be over crowded or even cramped. Beautiful place in the summer and fall seasons.
Fishing isn't very good at all but grills were really great and swing was ok for my son it would be better if they had a playground
It's a nice little place for family gatherings and such.
But park is a great place to stop your kayak trip lots of picnic areas, open field and right along the Clinton River.
Good cricket ground
I love coming here, durning the week I do my Bible study homework there and its peaceful and beautiful. You can feel God all around. I know that's mushy but it's how I feel. You can do regular homework here and be relaxed. Weekends are full though.
A great place to to experience nature and there are path rooms there or should I say odd houses. Soccer fields good place to have a family Barbecue.
It’s peaceful here. Lots of mosquitos. Also lots of broken ceramic plates by the pine trees off the trail. Anyone one know about why those exist? Not too sure what this place was before it was a recreational park.
Came there to reminisce my friend Lenny's birthday today. He passed on 3 years ago Dwight and I will never forget him. One hell of a guy but he never knew it we miss him badly!
Nice location with designated kayak/Canoe launch on the Clinton River. This park doesn't really offer much in the form of activities but the hiking trails are really nice but a little rugged with great possibilities to see lots of wildlife. The trails connect up with Canal park that's up the road. This park is fairly large and wide open with plenty of pavilions for large party's which is what I think it's best suited for. The one thing to note about this location is its prone to flooding after a big rain and I don't mean "puddle" type flooding, I mean like Noah's Ark flooding! Enjoy!!
