Refused to tell me what my monthly payment would be until after I signed all the paperwork and payed the down payment, I’m a customer with another store and quite frankly I feel robbed. Also wouldn’t allow me to just take my stuff home rather they had to deliver it. This item was tiny. And could have easily fit in a backpack so there was no real excuse aside from outright not trusting me even though I HAVE an active contract with buddies already. I feel disrespected I feel robbed and I’m going to be requesting a corporate contact to discuss the aggressive manor in witch this specific store handles sales, I was also opted into the optional memberships for extra money without an explanation and told they were NOT optional. After reviewing buddies contract is it very much optional and again, another reason I feel robbed. I’ve had great experiences with different buddies locations. This one however, needs some people skills training and probably needs to go over the legalities of refusing to disclose information before signing documents. Side note I got this specific item because I was told it had a feature I needed, wasn’t allowed the chance to boot it up in store. Got it home and it did not, not even close to the specs I was told.

I have purchased several items from Buddy’s. I am pleased with the quality of all of them. The Sales Associates and General Manager, Floyd are professional, very friendly, and care about their customers. They go the extra mile!

They have great customer service I have paid out on several things they help build your credit they will work with u when you are unable to pay on time at times they are very understanding. All you have to do is call them and let them know if you won't be able to pay on time and they will work something out with you. The things I've paid for been brand new great quality. And all of the workers are hard workers and I appreciate them all from management to cashier to the delivery driver and they all have great customer service

The manager, Mr.Floyd, have a great amount of hospitality. He welcome you with open arms the moment you walk through the door. He’ll do all he can to make sure the piece of furniture or appliance that you’re inquiring about goes home with you. I highly recommend anyone to go do business with them. You won’t be disappointed!!

My experience with buddy’s was awesome, their staff was amazing and polite to me and my mother they helped us out on what we needed for our new home !!!!! We were both satisfied

Felix and James delivered my furniture and put it together with no problem I will rate them 1-10 definitely a 10 and give them five stars they are very good men and I will definitely be referring people to you guys
