I love everything about this location, Brandon is absolutely the best. They work with you regardless as long as you’re honest. And they almost never say no. I’m truly honored to have a company like this, not too many around that are so genuine. Try them out I promise you’ll love him and his team. Plus they have good quality products.

Great establishment. Manager is very accommodating and extremely helpful. Have dealt with other establishment's in the past that lack the professionalism and drive to deliver the utmost level of customer service, this location is extremely dedicated to customer satisfaction. Would recommend this store to any one seeking great quality customer service and great merchandise.

I’ve been renting and buying from this business for many many years and I’ve never been disappointed. They have some of the best prices an a wide selection of furniture and appliances If by chance they don’t have what you’re looking for they will go above and beyond to find it. The other thing that keeps me coming back is the great customer service that I receive. The management crew at the Brainerd Rd. location in Chattanooga, Tn is absolutely amazing.

I have been a customer at buddy's for going on 2 years. Brandon is really easy to work with and will help you any way he possibly can. If you need something for your home and cant afford to pay it and need a place to make payments don't go to rent a center or Aaron's go to buddy's bc they will do you right. For everyone who has had a bad experience honestly I don't understand why it doesn't sound like the people I deal with and maybe they are expecting buddy's to be understanding when they are making it impossible to work with I don't know but I've had no problems with buddy's at all. I will give them 5 stars all day long.

Had a really wonderful experience, all of the staff there are very helpful and friendly. I wanted a fireplace and new TV and Brandon made it such a seamless, easy process. Quick delivery and I can say I am truly satisfied, 10/10 will be back again.
