Budget blinds did a fabulous job from start to finish. The salesman spent at least 3 hours helping with measurements, material selection and details. Today was install day, and the installation guy was friendly, efficient and paid attention to details. He did an outstanding job. I love, love, love my new shades! Highly recommend this company!
The staff at Budget Blinds of DeSoto are very professional and knowledgeable. They did an outstanding job assisting me with selecting my shutters. They are gorgeous! Brandon and his coworker match my shutters with my front door perfectly. I am a very satisfied customer. The young men that installed my shutters were punctual, neat and very respectfulI. I love love love my new blinds from Budget Blinds of Desoto. Budget Blinds of DeSoto installed 2 inch blinds in five windows and installed 1 inch blinds for three window pane doors. The door blinds have a lever on the left to open and close the blinds and on the right side is a lever to lower and raise the blinds. They look fantastic and the mechanism to operate the blinds is real easy to work. I’m thrilled with the window blinds because they look fantastic as well but to open and close and to raise and lower is with such great ease. I am just so pleased and happy that I chose Budge blinds of Desoto. I’d like to give a thumbs up for the two installers that came Drew and Bailey. They were very professional, polite ,courteous and prompt. They completed the job in less than an hour. Many thanks to these two young men. Fantastic workers.
The Budget Blinds company provided my husband & I with excellent service. We just built our first home and Travis came to assess my home within a week of us calling. We spoke with Susan. She was very kind and scheduled us right away. Travis was amazing he took his time measured my windows, answered all of my questions and has an awesome personality. This is my budget blinds experience. After receiving ridiculously high quotes from the 2 big famous hardware stores I discovered budget blinds online. I called Budget Blinds Desoto because of their great reviews, and I’m a stickler for great customer service. When I called and scheduled an appointment, the receptionist was friendly and professional. The owner Brandon came out to get measurements and provide a quote. He’s a very professional guy. He also provided me a better product than the other companies at a more affordable price All Custom Blinds. The installers were professional. They left their working area neat and clean. When the installer left I noticed there was one window without blinds. I called the owner, Brandon, and expressed my disappointment. He listened with empathy and responded professionally. He promised me he would make it right, and he did just that. That’s what I look for in a small local business. I understand that none of us are perfect, but the test of your customer service is how you respond when things don’t go perfectly. Brandon responded with “Real Reliable Customer Service” and because of that I’m a 100% satisfied customer of Budget Blinds Desoto. I have told my family and friends, now I’m telling you. Revised-post...Kuddos to Brandon for correcting the issues with my blinds. He was thorough in trying to resolve the issues and making sure that all options were discuss before completing the repairs. I am glad to share that all is well with Budget Blinds. Disappointed in the level of customer service by Brandon. I called Brandon and explained to him that my blinds need adjusting and stated okay I will schedule an appointment for someone to come back to adjust the blind. The installers came back and attempted to adjust the blinds and did a POOR job adjusting the blinds. I explained to Brandon that the blinds were not adjusted correctly and that someone needed to come back out and he left me RUDE voicemail telling that he can't continue to sent people out there and I should have make sure everything was right, before they left and if they came back it was a $49.00 service fee. He hasn't returned my phone, but did not hesitate to take my money. Will be doing business with another vendor to finish my window treatments This review was written on the behalf of customer Mary Bronson a new resident to the state of Mississippi.

The ordering was made simple and when I changed my mind they couldn’t have been nicer. Then the two guys who came to hang the blinds were efficient, rapid, friendly, and generally pleasant. Nice experience and they cleaned up everything and tested to be sure everything was perfect!
I purchase blinds for my home 6 years ago from Budget Blinds under a different ownership. My infant daugther damaged one of the blinds so I contacted Budget Blinds only to learn that my warranty had expired. After talking with the new owner Brandon and placing an order to replace the damaged blind at discounted price. Brandon called me back like 10 minutes later and said that he had found the blind that I needed in his warehouse but it was one shade different than what I needed. He said that he would be more than happy to take my order but he offered to give me the blind from his warehouse free of charge and he would deliver it to my home as well. If I have any window treatment needs in the future I would definitely be calling Budget Blinds Desoto. They definitely have the tangibles that I look for in a business. I would recommend anyone that has window treatment needs to call and give them a fair opportunity to earn your business.
We had an awesome experience working with Budget Blinds. First with Travis the salesman and then with Jaylen, the installer! Both are very professional and very personable as well as knowledgeable! I would recommend Budget Blinds in a heartbeat!
