Recently went here to rent a car, I was unable to because I forgot to bring a credit card, which I was unaware of was needed. Manager handled the situation poorly and very condescending, I hope they improve their customer service skills, its an uncomfortable for anyone to be in.

I booked a full size car for 5+ days with a discounted weekly rate at this Budget in Beaverton but upon arrival I was told that the only vehicle available was a mini van. I also wouldn't be receiving the weekly rate and would have to pay the $30/day upcharge for the mini van that I didn't even want. My original reservation was about $308. After the modifications to the reservation, my total jumped to $454! I bit the bullet because I had to take a 20 minute cab ride to the location and PDX was at least 30 minutes away. More of my time + money for another cab was not appealing. Also, the staff member was completely unapologetic verbally as well as in his general demeanor. After my trip, I contacted Budget and was offered half of the extra charges refunded plus a free day rental add on coupon. I refused and reiterated that I deserved a full refund which I finally got after a long phone conversation. Avoid the hassle here and with Budget or proceed at your own risk.

My experience was stress free and a very pleasant experience. I liked the text messages on reminders of picking up my vehicle and I was not overwhelmed with messages. I was able to pick up vehicle quickly and it was spotless and ready with a full tank of gas. The drop off was even quicker and the staff made me feel welcome and assured that they would take care of everything. They only asked that the tank was full gave them the gas receipt from closest station and for the keys, then I was on my way. I even got a text when they were done checking vehicle in. I really appreciate the staff and business

wasted over $400 prepaying for a minivan, was told i could use my debit card, show up day of being told the opposite and that i have to call some number to beg for my refund that i'll maybe get in 2 weeks?? waste of time. had to delay my move and get a rental all the way at the airport. the sad part is i called several times to confirm about my payment and was told there'd be no issue. should have listened to the bad reviews on here lol.

Local, convenient location. Fast and friendly service both times I've rented here. The woman working yesterday morning was especially efficient. Beautiful, clean, well loaded hybrid Toyota mini van. Excellent gas mileage! Second time I've rented from this location, using a great Costco discounted rate. Will definitely use again when needed.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. The person with colored hair working on 7/8/22 at 9am was extremely rude. should not be working and representing the company. came in and she very rudely told me my reserved van was not available, did not offer a substitute and was just unpleasant.

Shawn ruined everything about my rental and my account is now overdrawn by $2000.00. Shawn's location is a MESS and should be shut down or get new employees!!
