I rent a Jeep from this place and it's great. But I need help with my tax exempt. Could you help to provide your financial staff's email to me?
Would give negative 5 stars if possible… absolute waste of money and time,had no problem taking my money right away then only bringing up additional problems when came time to pickup my car to cause me to deal with quickly finding another option. Now have to wait 10 days for my refund… would NOT recommend
If I could give it 0 stars I would. Returning the car while I was in a rush they had me go get the mileage after. I thought that was their job. Lastly, I know I left my GoPro under the passenger seat but of course it was nowhere to be found a day after. Person who answered the phone wasn’t helpful at all and couldn’t problem solve to save their left. Customer service is the WORST I’ve ever experienced. NEVER AGAIN!! Please shut this place down to save all future customers from headaches and regrets.
I set up a rental on line and when I arrived was told that they tried to call me and let me know that there were no trucks available. The reservation was set up almost a week ago and no one tried to call me. Strange thing was that there were numerous trucks in the yard. Also, the sign in front said open but the door was locked and had to search for a person in the back. I simply drove to U-Haul in Federal Way and they were very professional and set me up with a rental. Avoid this place.
Booked a reservation over two weeks ago and got a call yesterday saying they didn’t have my truck in and told me my reservation showed it had just been made within two days and I shouldn’t book last minute. So I verified via my reservation email that my reservation had been made over two weeks ago and they managed to find a truck. Go to pick up the truck today and they tell me it’s an extra $60 a day for insurance when UHauls insurance is $14 a day. No brainer. So I cancel and still get told I have to pay a cancelation fee. I never should’ve booked here. A waste of my time and added stress during an already stressful time. Don’t go here.
This review is about the location 34225 Pacific Hwy S, Federal Way, WA 98003 We had the car for about a week. Car was dirty inside...and there was a stinky smell from the beginning. There was a coke bottle left underneath the driver seat that we found quickly after picking up the car. The entire inside had a stinky smell. My wife complained it was as if someone had smoked inside the car for a long time. Our 6 day trip was with this uncomfortable smell. On the last day we found there was a tray of chips with an open sauce that smelled literally like poop. It was under the passenger seat. I called the rental office and they said they check into this and call back. I have not heard back from them. I then dropped off the car at the airport different location. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION - FEDERAL WAY unless you want to find hidden treasures from part reservations and want the odor in the car.
This car rental charged me a late fee when I showed up minutes before closing 9/2. Rental had a sign up closed at 2 pm on labor day but no one was already there when I showed up at 1:55pm. I asked for security camera time inside the rental* cant look in to it because they closed earlier than 2pm* and Max kept saying that they were there after 2pm which is full of garbage because I was there before they closed and no employee was on site. I waited long enough outside and decided to put the keys inside the drop box. Never renting from this crooks again.
We had an excellent customer service experience from start to finish. We rented two 12-passanger vans for a weekend work trip and had a great experience. The rental pricing was fair, the vans clean and even ready early. The customer service agents were very accommodating to our schedules and helpful in setting up two different drivers to come in and pick up the vans at two different times. I highly recommend using location for all your car and van rental needs.
This has to be one of the worst rental places ever. I first spoke with a woman that told me there was a Mazda that was available. Upon arrival the Mazda is not available and we had a Hyundai instead. Okay fine no big deal, however that was just the beginning. We took the vehicle and it was completely unsafe to drive in the rain. Wipers were completely trashed and I can't believe a state where it rains so much the owners and employees of this establishment are just ignorant of safety. This was the only location with an available vehicle close by so we opted to get it and had a whole conversation about returning it at the Puyallup location. In this conversation she failed to mention that there was a ridiculous fee to return it somewhere else. This location will either rent you a vehicle that's undafe, not available or simply waste your time and/or money. Robert Lee is the operator of this store and is very rude. He is simply unprofessional and works with the customer is wrong attitude. Stay away from this place!
They were helpful and easy, got me a truck rental to move last minute, the guy at the counter and the other younger guy working there were both nice and understanding, it was the hardest part of moving, was getting a truck soon enough and without a reservation, I would go through them again and recommend them to friends and family. I hate uhaul they are a rip off and lie and cheat you and have 0% customer service!!! Stay away from uhaul.
