Budget Car Rental

Quite unprofessional- couldn't use a debit card to make the reservation for some reason, and they used our credit card. But, the process to rent a car was pretty smooth at least. And although the car had some stains and crumbs, it was reliable. Overall, this isn't a bad place to rent a car from- just be aware of all their rules! XOXO, Timmy's Dad/Mr . Turner

BEWARE - spend a little more and use a reliable company. We booked a 12 passenger van in January for an event on April 15, next Saturday. We have the confirmation email with confirmation number which we provided to everyone we spoke with. We called to confirm yesterday and were told “it was cancelled “. Spoke with six different representatives and were told they couldn’t help us. We also sent a feedback email and heard nothing back. We now have no transportation for our event. And Budget could care less.

Reserved car with child seats, paid in full. When come to pick up car, they suggested to drive my kids with no child seats! Seriously! I asked to clarify if other locations has ones, they replied you have to figure it out by yourself. Terrible service!!!!

Car rented from 1829 Old York Rd, Abington, PA 19001Budget was dirty inside and out and had cockroaches crawling out of the dash while we were in the car.

I reserved a car for 8am, when I arrived this place was closed. I was stuck in the rain for 30min. I also missed my flight. Please be aware of this location!

I purchased a vehicle from the ford dealership down the road but the airport was an hour away. Rented a car from budget at the airport and scheduled the return to this location. I had the car for 14 hours total and when I got there to return the vehicle, no body was there except the landlord that owned the building. They told me they had a shortage of employees so they locked up early. I had no choice but to leave the car there and lock the keys inside. Few days later I got a bill for $650.00 when it originally was for $200. They charged me for 2 extra days and also a $40 late fee because THEY were not there. Cant get anyone one the phone and the main customer service number is a joke. It was my first and will be my last rental from budget

Not happy at all , my cousin made a reservation online & wanted to add a car seat for one day , he can’t do it online, I called & was told to go to any branch where they can do it on the counter, I went to the willow grove branch & that associate wasn’t helpful & said he cannot do it , called back to customer service spent long time on the phone but no one able to help. Not recommended at all .

If I could rate negative stars to this business I would. The representative I had did not know how to do rent a car properly. She was the ONLY person handling drop-offs and pick-ups. SMH! She was courteous but unsure how to put in a proper discount, unable to provide me the vehicle I reserved, and unable to properly clean the vehicle I received. It was a shame how management would leave every position in her hands for a busy holiday weekend. This was a VERY BAD start to my vacation. I will NEVER recommend this business to anyone!

Would not recommend. They didn’t do a walk through when we got the car. Broken tail light, wasn’t very clean. We took pictures when we got home. Battery died three time on trip, had to get jumped. Just returned it and they are trying to charge us $200 cleaning fee for some grass on the floor basic vacuuming. We rent for every trip. Have never been charged for not vacuuming let alone $200. Will never be back, enterprise is the way to go.
