Cheapest price around love the vehicle perfect for going on vacation got minivan 4-7 people plus luggage plenty of space. I'm excited. Wahoooo!

Took my cousin to get a car, she got a chevy Malibu for around 47 dollars a day. 4 days for 190.

Girl working counter was very helpful polite and friendly.the man who checked car in was also polite and friendly.

Are there real persons to answer the phone or do you have to continue speaking to a robot who really cares about Budget....LOL

I reserved a van, the front drivers seat did not go forward enough for the back seat to fold down. Worse, I am short and could not reach the pedals. The employee was not helpful. He told me the store manager would call, but she never did. The vehicle was filthy, food under the seats. I then had to go to Towson to trade for another van that worked correctly. Horrible customer service. And no credit because I paid in advance.

Lord where do i start, let say this is the most poorly managed business i have ever seen. The guy on the desk was very very rude! Could careless abt the condition of the car he is giving you. We booked the car online we were expecting an in and out service but ole dude was very busy on the phone with whoever to bother getting the car ready. He took 40 min to clean the car that came dripping wet and with cobwebs on the side mirror!! When i returned the car ole dude had nerves to ask if i brought it back with a full tank?!!‍‍‍ because he has falsified the paperwork!!

Ownership went above and beyond to ensure I got a rental and even helped me with a charger for my phone. Process was speedy and car met my expectations. Thank you!!!

I came on a Sunday, after I had registered on Budget's website for Fastbreak. So, when I came in, the gentleman who waited on me, had all of my info and the type of car I wished to rent. It took less than 15 minutes. When I returned the car, also on a Sunday, a different person waited on me and he did everything very quickly. Of course, I had the original paperwork that I received when I rented the car and I am sure it made it easy for the him to verify everything. Again, the transaction was quick and I was out of there in no time at all. I also rented from Budget because of pricing. It is very competitive compared to its rivals.

This facility is extremely UNPROFESSIONAL. Not only will I NEVER go here to rent a car again, I recommend that any & everyone avoid this place at all costs! Here is my horrible experience: I went online to price rentals. I came across Budget. They were offering the cheapest rate without having to give a deposit. Great. Then I saw that I was able to "reserve" my vehicle online. Awesome. I didn't realize that they would deduct my money from my account right away but that's fine since I'm "reserving" a vehicle anyway. I go to pick the car up & the manger, Bilissuma "Billy" Tesgera, tells me that they don't have a car for me & that they're "overbooked"...... WHAT?! Craziness! Then he offered 2 "resolutions" A A rental with a donut on it...... SIR! I cannot drive that from MD to NC! Or B For me to go to BWI which was a 35 minute drive & I would have had to pay an additional $95 on top of the $175 I had already paid. NO! Refund please & thank you. Well apparently, he didn't have the capability to issue a refund so we ended up calling Customer Service. No help at all!!!!! They gave the same unacceptable options! Thankfully my bank was able to give me a credit until Budget refunded me my money or I wouldn't have been able to go see my family. This is absolutely no way to conduct business. Budget will NEVER get another dime from me!

I reserved a truck from here online and received email confirmation that it would be available the scheduled date and time. When I arrived, the woman at the counter unsympathetically said she received no reservation from their system and there were no trucks available. If you reserve a truck with this company, I'd recommend calling the location directly
