Service was decent at this location. However, I have made pre-paid reservation of standard SUV months ahead, but at the time of pick-up, they didn't have the correct vehicle that I have reserved for and I had to rent the extended intermediate SUV that seemed close to the size I needed but not exact. I got some discount for it, so I am leaving 3 stars, but this could have really ruined my planned trip. It would have been appreciated if Budget would have notified me in advance about the availability of the reserved car. As I dropped off my rental vehicle, I saw a renter of a Standard SUV pulling in. So this was clearly just poor inventory management and customer service.
Surprised at the overall rating my experience had always been great. Great price and service, and I've always gotten a nice car for rental class selected.
Very third class service The guy was very rude he was talking rough very very bad customer service. They charge me $884 over charge and no provider received third class service never ever go to this location.
The owner is always working dude Is a professional scammer be careful going to this location have video proof when taking to him he will try to lie and make up a story to add extra charges on your card just a terrible experience go to enterprise they have legit business

Had a last minute change to my reservation but the gentleman that runs the place took care of me anyways and even upgraded my rental. He went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer. Yes, they do prioritize customers dropping off vehicles, but to me, that makes sense. They need to clean and maybe gas them which takes longer than renting one...they also need to add to their available inventory for other customers. Overall I am very satisfied and will return.
Friendly staff. I was able to rent and return the car quickly. Especially no hassles about return fuel, dings or anything else. I always take care of the rentals but some places like to try to get you to pay for things that were already there. Not here. Very honest.
The car was not cleaned at all and had plenty of dog's hair from the previous renter..gross. The lady is very rude be aware. The guy is fine. I'm not coming back there... Go to Hertz they have really clean cars & Great service!.. they don't force you to take an upgrade due to their lack of customer service.
Booked a vehicle here only to show up and be told they have no inventory. Zero vehicles. Both my wife and I left work early to rent the vehicle. The employee was incredibly rude. A quick glance at the reviews here reveals this is a problem that has been going on for years. Please, don't waste your time here.
