I had gone there a few times and everyone was really nice. Dominic checked with the main office on ezpass- how they don’t know is beyond me. He said I could use it at a $4 fee per day plus tolls. really there was no ez pass. I was moving and didn’t get my mail right away but eventually got the ez pass violations. I had $250 worth of fees for ezpass on top the tolls cause of their mistake and they took no accountability. They even twisted it all and made it seem like they hadn’t said what they told me. they clearly had. they hadn’t had ez pass in over two years but they didn’t know this and told me the car did. I had them double check cause they were uncertain. after calling the main office they told me it was a $4 charge to use plus tolls. during a busy time of moving and renovations I had to waste 2-3 hours dealing with the violations- 1 even went to a collection agency- cause I was moving and got my mail late. finally due to ez pass removing $200 of fees using someone’s account to have the removal I was able to pay the tolls and $50 remaining fees. hopefully it is out of collections and didn’t effect my credit. this all still wasted 2-3 hours of my time and cost me $50 in fees it shouldn’t have. my time is not being reimbursed for this nor have they owned the $50 fee they caused. the worst part is they basically lied to me and took no accountability. I don’t care how nice people are if they are going to cost me time and money for their mistake and lie about it they are not nice at all. customer service at budget sucks. Nadine who I spoke to that is in the main office did absolutely nothing but waste more of my time and act like not taking accountability for their employees’ mistakes was normal. it shouldn’t be. obviously I won’t use them again.
Rented a car online. My pick up and drop off was handled by Tamecka. She was wonderful and super nice. Everything was done quick and easy with no problems at all. I will definitely use them again!
Tucked away in a corner, this car rental place is so no fuss i won't go anywhere else. Priced as low as any website, i all the cars appeared to be clean and there weren't any shoebox economy cars on the lot. For the price of a Chevy spark i rolled out in a Toyota Corolla. Drop off was a quick look and mileage check, done and done.
Professional, courteous and always helpful. I've nothing but good feelings and things to say about my experiences as a repeat customer. Tamecka always is willing to accommodate in any way she can. Thank you!
Have rented from this location many times and highly recommend. Tamecka is very professional,swift and efficient. Seeing her friendly smile is always a pleasant experience.
