Budget Car Rental

I’ve used this device multiple times over the last seven years and today was my last time. I booked my car a week in advance. I arrive early they inform me they are not going to rent to me because of my credit score. I immediately alarmed check my credit karma app and it say my credit is 640 to my surprise. I get my vehicle it did not a have a full tank of gas in it. The information light was on for the back passenger tire my entire trip. I returned the car in the exact condition I rented it. They inform me since it was not completely full they were going to charge me $10/gal when they are inside of the Walmart that has a gas staff ion attached that has gas at $2.98/gal. Side note when renting from the airport the refill on gas isn’t that expensive. Make that make sense. Your clerk wanted to let me know how ungrateful I was when I voiced my complaint. Do better and if you were considering using this company don’t take your business elsewhere.

First I recieved a call the day of my reservation informing me they didn't have the class of vehicle I reserved. But not to worry they had an alternate, which I would have to pay the difference for. Then I arrive to the location, which is in a Wal-Mart :-. Address did not indicate this. No one was there, but a handy sign stating they would return shortly. Ten minutes later, still no clerk I call the number and someone running a vacuuming answers a phone saying they'd be back in 10 minutes. You guessed it, 10 minutes later still no one here. This place is a Joke. Not only do I NOT recommend this location, I advise a different entity entirely. One that values their customers. And check out the new uniform.

*******Don't go here I rented a car for 7 full days. Didn't even drive it enough to use a full tank of gas in those days. Even left some change as a tip! Beautiful experience! BUT my car wasn't fixed so I returned. New guy. We do the whole thing and he tells me that because of my credit, I can't rent the car. I have an impeccable driving record. What? He absolutely refused me. I'd just been there 2 days before. Still haven't gotten the money back

Had a great experience very helpful workers very respectful very clean car. Was a easy process will be returning.

I want to thank DL at the Norman location for finding my grandchildren’s tiny Nintendo Switch game card in the rental car I returned the previous day. I called to see if the car was still in the lot so I could search for it, but DL had already found it and was holding it for me at the counter. THANK YOU!!
