If u like living with cockroachs and mold then this is the place for you! Night shift lady wouldn't help us with anything said we had to wait until Melissa the manager got there in the morning and in the mean time we went elsewhere and she charged us for both nights and refused to give us all our money back worst place to stay even worse than knights motel and that was horrible...

For the love of god don't stay here. The smell of cigarettes, pot, and cleaning agents is unbearable to the point of a headache. I'm very sure it's not only unpleasant but even unhealthy. And there is a sliding door that doesn't lock and can be opened from the shared outside area.Rooms: 1/5

Nothing at all like the reviews. The staff are some of the sweetest ladies except for one she was rude to an older gentleman and myself I've met since I've lived in Grand Rapids! Our room is a nice size, we have double sinks, and a very nice patio area. This place is very clean and well kept.Rooms: 5/5

Dirty and disgusting. They try to work with what they have. Like the bed was made and sheets looked clean. However the walls are very dirty, the fridge had mold in it, the walls in the bathroom had black mold. The jacuzzi was dirty from stains. The floor was slippery like it was oil on it. They also have good amenities like Tv,Microwave, and fenced in area for the pets. The customer service is great! I believe they truly are trying. The bed was pretty comfortable not springy like other matters. The door was hard to open and close yet we managed. There was a pull out bed it had stains and cigarette hole burns. Which made the stay spaciest for 3. One star because I felt completely un-At-Home. Yet the two I was staying with didn’t seem to mind any of it.

I bought a double bed room for a week, I was very happy with it room was huge, plenty of room to stretch out, more importantly it was nice and clean. They easily earned 5 stars from meRooms: 5/5

Staff was friendly at the front desk. The hallways and rooms stunk very badly. The room was cute but not clean, my socks were black after walking across the floor. The bathroom light was flickering and wouldn't stay on. The hot tub was all chipped and dirty. I'm not a super picky person but I wasn't even comfortable sleeping in the bed so we ended up leaving at 1 in the morning and driving home.

The plus plus plus size lady who works at the front desk was completely rude to me when I went to pick someone up, I parked in handicap she obviously didn't look at my plate as I have a handicap plate, then proceeded to tell me I was trespassing and I never even went in a room!! I called to ask for a manager she tells me "the same one it's always been" I said I don't know who that is ma'am and she said "that's not my problem" and hung up on me, mind you I never cussed her out or called her any names as much as I wanted to, why would you want such a disrespectful person working at a front desk, I'm a manager at a store so I deal with the public about everyday and I would NEVER talk to someone the way she did me!! I would fire her on the spot if she was one of my employees. I'm assuming you guys just hire anyone cause you can't find workers.

Great staff and awesome rooms! Got the balconies and the jacuzzis, and also safe friendly place to brings kids, the staff treat them life family!Rooms: 5/5
