Got there right at 8am, when they were supposed to be open, one employee was changing his own windshield wiper blades for 10 minutes. 2 other employees were walking back from convenient store across the street. Finally got greeted by a guy who asked what I was there for. I stated oil change, he advised that oil changes didn’t start until 9am. I stated that it states the full service advertised starting at 8am. He states, “Well, I’m telling you, oil changes start at 9am.” He was rude and short. I immediately left and went down the road to the Oak Knoll shop. I was in and out of there in 15 minutes.
Awful place, petty/rude sarcastic staff for any micro reason and seem more rude to women, which other reviews also say. I'm pretty sure there are a lot of fake reviews. There is no way they have this many legit positive reviews from what i experienced. Hurry up and wait. Yet waste a lot of time.

Very busy place. They had a line to do state inspections so call ahead or get there before they open. They have very friendly and quick service . A/c was broke inside so gi early if you have to wait. Lube service was also down so call ahead.

They rushed thru my oil change, guys were very short and curt, no customer service element. I understand they are in a rush to get cars in and out, but they could have been a tad bit customer service oriented. No small talk, no how ya doing today or thanks for coming in today. I won't be returning here. Sometimes I look for that friendliness in this world that has turned so cold.
I’ve gotten 3 cars inspected here in the past couple of weeks, oil changes, etc. and they whole staff is amazing. Extremely respectful and honest, they’ll explain stuff to you if you ask because I don’t know what all the filters are! without talking down to you like some people do. Huge shout out to Dylan for always going above and beyond!
I have been coming here for years for oil changes and inspections. They are always super nice, fast and efficient. Price is affordable and they never pressure me into getting anything extra that I don't need.
