Budget Rent A Car

So disappointed in this location. The manager Jeff? lacks basic customer service skills and was as unprofessional as he looked. I understand these folks are out there cleaning cars during the day. But our local Tampa office never appeared so slovenly or behaved so unprofessionally. We had been loyal to Budget for years because they offer an awesome discount to Costco members. Not any more--not in this area, at least. Went over to Enterprise where everyone was super friendly, dressed appropriately, and professional.

I had a great experience at this location. All of the employees I dealt with were kind and pleasant to talk to. My car ran well and gave me a smooth trip. Highly recommend.

Budget is the worst. Ordered a 4 door midsize truck to hold 5 people & they only had two door extended cab with no jumpseats & it had bucket seats SO it only carried one passenger!!! I asked for one of the two full size vans they had on the lot but wanted &800 more!!!!

I have been renting from budget car rental At the Winterpark location since late January 2020. Totaling seven months of renting only Jeeps. One mustang which did not agree with my ailments. Jeff is eager to assist his customers with exceptional service towards making sure his customers are satisfied. It’s tough at times when the price changes without his knowledge but if you bring in your promo code/budget bucks/AAA discounts and Jeff will try his best to match your rate and he will educate you while walking you through anything you do not quite understand that is one of the reasons why I trust renting at winter park location. Plus it’s hardly any crowds due to COVID-19. If you experience any damage beforehand, or during... document photograph your proof. Remain honest. The jeep Sahara Wrangler is good on fuel 430 miles on fill up like an luxury tank. Sport is fuel burner. Smooth ride feels like an Audi and no bumps in the road like the old school version Jeeps. Bluetooth switches between connections from your EarPods to vehicle on its own with settings. The entire convertible top can be removed with tools comes with Jeep kit within back lower trunk. I hadn’t experienced removing the whole entire top, only front area. Back seats goes down if want to nap at a beach or park. Jeep cruises around curbs smoothly as well of brick or damaged roads. Safe throughout rain. Purchase the deer frequency device $5 at Walmart or target for front vehicle to prevent deers. Safe to travel looking throughout all windows for any other vehicle or persons Jeep is a whole another level and it’s NOT called SUV OR TRUCK. It’s called a JEEP so enjoy your experience and remember another Jeep family is ahead somewhere giving you peace signs, smile or wave:! Thank you BUDGET RENTAL for the experience !

The worst service in my life! I rented a car for six months and I got it with barely half a tank, the guy charged me and my card without authorization!!! While I told the guy that I was looking for a picture to show him that I did not receive the vehicle with a full tank as stated in the contract, and he simply closed the contract and charged me for the fuel that was missing... In addition to that, I had the vehicle serviced while it was with me and I told him that I didn't have the receipt but I could Show him the charge on the phone through my credit card, the guy was just determined not to help me and insisted on an actual receipt even though I told him that I probably lost it, unfortunately the service was just bad and shameful! I do not recommend using the service of this location!

Adds scam fuel fees when tank is full, receipt provided, and I opted out. I returned this car after a 1 day rental. I came in and placed the keys and a gas receipt on top of the counter - the employee said they only need the keys. I asked if they needed the gas receipt and they asked if the tank was full, to which I replied yes. Thought it was all good, until I walked out the door and saw I was charged an ezfuel fee of 15.99 "under 75 flat fee". I was able to resolve it after some back and forth on the 1800 number, but the fee should not have been added by the staff in the first place and indicates less than trustworthy practices.

Awesome customer service. My 9 year old left her brand new beats head phones in the rental car. I didn’t realize it until 5 days later. I called up to this store and the manager answered the phone. I knew I would probably never see them again but it didn’t hurt to give it a try. I asked the manager if anyone turned in some ear phones. He asked me the make and model of the car and put me on a brief hold. He returned to the phone and said yes. They were up under the drivers seat. I was truly taken back. It is still good people in this world and I really appreciate you. Thank you so much for returning my daughter’s earphones. We live all the way in North Carolina but they are on the way back through mail!!! You Rock

I love budget I would love it very nice cheap rice the customer service I have some the end at the end of my questions they listen to my questions answered all my questions budget is the best place in not too expensive thank you budget

Jeff and Terry …thank you !! Fantastic customer service with a smile. Great talking to you Jeff .. My daughter and I rented 2 times in 4 weeks and did not have an issue at all.. no pressure sales , just signed on the dotted line .We appreciated the upgrade when the AC didn’t work.

Customer service sucks!!! 2 min delay was charged an extra day! Gave me wrong number to call to complain !
