Rented recently for vacation and the staff was polite but clearly frustrated with their inventory. We arrived and even though had reserved several months in advance, we received a smaller vehicle with numerous excuses that they don’t guarantee make/model and can only give similar vehicles. There was no apology except to tell us that we could drive to Ohare ourselves to try to switch it out to something else. We did not have time and had to make do with what we received but it was an exhaustive process. Not a good or stress free way to start a trip.
Recently rented from Budget at Tampa Intl., 4/15 to 4/22, the car was great but Budget committed fraud when the car was returned. I opted to refuel the car on my own, we ran approximately 160 miles total and I refueled at the WAWA station just outside the airport at a cost of $28.12, The range indicator on the car read 390 miles, and full on the gauge. Yet Budget billed me $64.87 for fuel service. This is a learning exercise, I will never rent from Budget again and will not make the mistake of not getting photos and written confirmation from the attendants when I return a rented vehicle as to fuel and condition of the vehicle. Please beware, take steps to protect yourself.

Made a reservation in MAY, the day before my reservation in JULY they called and said they did not have a vehicle for me. Disappointing, I will no longer be doing business with this company. Update** I called ENTERPRISE in Roselle and they were able to get me into a suitable car tomorrow, last minute. I recommend Enterprise in Roselle.
Ketan was at the counter when I rented the car and returned it. Car was ready when we got there and it was clean. Ketan took the time to explain terms and conditions for gas, tolls and anything else that applies. This was one of the best car renting experience. I highly recommend this location.
I had book my car for my business trip I had confirmed on phone before book my car. They confirmed they have car than I book my car paid online for my rental. When I go to pick up car they said they don't have car for me. Image when you go pick up car specifically you are from out of town. Need car and use taxi to go pick up car and you got an answer that you book car but we don't have your car. Even they don't have courtesy. I even can't give one star
I can't remember the name of the young man worked morning and afternoon of /10. We flew in from Florida for my granddaughter's wedding. We recently moved and my last name is now hyphenated and were having trouble with processing because everything wasn't updated. It was a constant touch and go because he wasn't cutting corners but he worked tirelessly and we are wedding bound! Excellent customer service: is becoming rare, but I know where to go whenever I come!! Thanks!!!
Rented a large SUV around Christmas. Had a great experience. Kenny made sure I got the car I needed. Very happy with everything. Will definitely use again!
I booked a minivan on April 11 for a trip that we were leaving for on Sunday May 11, which is why I chose this location for its hours of operation on a weekend day. On Saturday May 10 is received a call from Melody stating that she was "working on getting me a minivan" and if she "can not get a minivan" she would "have something else here that could accommodate" me Ford Flex. I let her know that what I absolutely needed was a van which is why I booked a month in advance. If I needed a SUV, I would have booked a SUV. I was told I would receive a call back later in the afternoon to inform me if a van could be obtained for me. I received no such call and attempted to call back 3 times within a half hour of closing time. The following morning I drove by to see a Ford Flex still in the lot...and no van. I called FIRST thing when they opened and was told that since I did not receive a call back than more than likely there would be no van for me. I canceled my booking and went over to ENTERPRISE on Roselle Rd, one of the only other rental agencies in the area open on Sunday. I was in a van in less than 10 minutes for less money than originally booked through Budget. It amazes me that one company can accomplish something in a moments notice that another can not with over a month to prepare for. TERRIBLE customer service.
Highly recommend this rental car location. My family had a tragic event happen and we needed a car quickly, Kenny was calm and helped my family. He was so kind and explained everything to my husband and myself.
