Budget Truck Rental

Horrible service. I had reserved a truck and my card was charged. The next morning 1 day prior to picking the truck up I received a text stating the truck was not available and to call the customer service number. I did just that and was told a Manager would call me back in less than two hours. I never received a call. I called back the next morning and was told by Management that there was no truck available and if I wanted, I could drive over 2 hours away to pick up the next closest truck. I had movers scheduled and this was not an option. Worst part, this location was still showing the truck I needed to rent as available even after being told they had no inventory. Complete bait and switch tactics. Save your time and headache and go with any other company.

Logan at the counter was very helpful. He was able to find us a truck last minute. Extremely friendly and even followed up on the rental after we were all done. Highly recommend this location in Bensalem. A+++

My sister Natalie and I originally had some bad luck with a different location for Budget Truck, and we were so fortunate enough to meet Logan from Bensalem who literally saved our lives with our moving truck and I don’t know what we could’ve done without him. If you need someone, definitely contact Logan for your own good because he has the best customer service I have ever seen!

Fantastic spot. If ya need to rent a truck they got ya covered and they even put out like coffee and often snacks which is cool. After hours you can drop keys in the box. They staff is super helpful! I dropped my car rented a truck for moving stuff and had routine maintenance done on my car to kill 2 birds with one stone.

had a reservation for over a week. day prior to move I'm notified that there are no trucks and to call customer service which was a joke. told we will have a inventory specialist call....that took 2 hours and guess what no trucks available. Should have made my reservation with a another company. stay away from this company if you want your move to be success.

Extremely upset with the lack service and condition of vehicle I rented. I rented a truck the other day with a car trailer. I was by myself when I picked up the truck. I went outside to drive it home. The salesman insisted that the trailer lights worked and walked away. I had no1 to check them with me so I left. While driving I noticed the alignment was soo off that I had to force the vehicle to stay in my lane. At home I realized that this has been an issue for a while due to the tires with uneven ware pattern. Then I find the trailer lights don't work. I found all the wires shorting out, it was obvious to anyone who looked at it. Later on I have a blow out on my way to my new house. I was looking through the truck for paperwork and found the registration, and annual service report. It was from 2014! The only updated service paperwork with the truck was an exterior damage report. It's my fault for leaving with the truck and trusting the guy. They obviously do not care about the safety of their customers.

Very professional, kind and fast. Logan behind the counter was a huge help and got me on my way quickly. If I ever need a truck again this is where I'll be getting it.

I made a reservation a week and a half before I needed a truck to move. The day before I get a call at 2pm they don't have a truck and can't accommodate me with anything. Now nobody in the area has any trucks available and I'm completely screwed! Unbelievable terrible!
