Went above what he needed to help us out really nice man!

Needed a trailer at the last minute to move. I did not have a reservation but was able to acquire the perfect size trailer I needed as a wide selection of inventory was available for choosing the size for my needs. I indicated I Was a hurry as I had to meet a deadline and Jim had me in and out and very short time. The trailer I use was a new trailer and in excellent condition without issues. I was very pleased with the fast friendly service and this dog friendly establishment. I will most definitely use this service in the future if the need arises. Many thanks to the friendly staff who assisted me making my trailer rental stress-free.

This was my first time at this location, I didn't have any issues picking up the truck we reserved. The owner seemed ok so far. I will give an update when I return the truck tomorrow and let people know if I have any issues with billing e.t.c.

I rented a trailer from Uhaul setup the preliminary check in and had the trailer scheduled to be picked up at 1PM. Guy was late coming back from lunch and never offered a greeting or apology. This is petty compared to what he did. This guy is a scam artist. Doesn't say 10 words to me but adds in additional insurance I already declined. Good thing I printed my confirmation which showed this. I called Uhaul customer service who confirmed I did decline insurance stating it was added there. Scams and poor customer service is what you get here. Looking at other reviews this isn't the first time. Stay away. Uhaul if I were you I'd drop this guy in hesitant to use your services again.

Picked up a tow dolly it was an easy transaction. They were very friendly and accommodating! I definitely will go here from now on.

Awesome place, totally efficient, quick, has all moving equipment and packing supplies right on hand, very friendly and helpful.

Gave me plenty of time to get there, the rental process was easier than my ex girlfriend. Highly reccomend.

The owner was very rude when I called because I was in a bad reception area and when I got to the store to try to rent a pickup or small moving can and mentioned that whoever was on the phone was being rude and the owner laughed and said he wasn't rude didn't care what we thought we could go else where cuz he doesn't have a pickup anyway n wouldn't rent us a small moving van. Very poor business and customer service.
