I am highly impressed with the staff and the whole rental experience I received while at this location. While waiting in line I witnessed a lady be very rude to the staff due to her credit card declining, and not having a valid license on her. The manager was very nice about it, and continued being nice all while being cussed out for things outside of her control. You can also tell the manager really works hard to keep up with incoming and out going rentals despite appearing to be understaffed. The car was clean, my rate was great, and I would recommend this location to anyone!

The car was nice but overall will NOT be using them again. We had left from our vacation home early in the morning to make it back before the time we were suppose to be there. We encountered so much traffic and blocks that we had to call them to let them know we would not make it. Never were able to contact an actual employee and when we let them know we were sorry but couldn’t make it they charged us twice for a late fee and then when we dropped the car off we payed more for that extra day than the hold fee and rest of the payment when we picked up the car

I can only advise against this car service. Originally, we had two cars pre-ordered and also already paid via our credit cards!!! First, the lady at the front desk said that the cars have an hour delay. Then the very unfriendly lady told us that we would get only one of the two cars on that day agreed to the contract and the next day only the other. After a long back and forth, we finally got two cars 3 hours later than planned. The two ladies at the reception were very unfriendly and seemed very annoyed. When the car was handed over to us, no record is kept of any pre-existing damage or defects. Afterwards, we were surprisingly charged 50 dollars in addition from our credit card for unknown reasons - without any notification like an email or phone call! Unbelievable! This is the worst service and customer contact I have experienced for a long time! Very sad!

AVOID THIS PLACE, pay a tiny bit more to rent from Enterprise & save your sanity. Prepaid weeks ago for a van, drove across town to pick it up, it wasn’t there. She said she’d call when it arrived, around 11:45. Didn’t realize they closed at noon. Waited for the call, she never called. Drove back, just in case—since they never answer the phone, and got there at 12:15. Some guys from Avis were in the lot looking unsure what to do since they’d just driven the van from Atlanta. Since no one was there and they couldn’t get a hold of anyone, they drove off with it. Pretty much what I was expecting after reading the reviews of this location last night, out of curiosity. Also we’d tried to call at 9 this morning to confirm everything, but THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONES. I don’t know how this place is still open.

Wish I Could give a ZERO Do not and I repeat Do Not use your money for a rental at Budget Unless you can touch and smell the inside of the car. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY ONLINE WITH NO VEHICLE ON THE LOT OR AVAILABLE. THEY LIE LIE AND LIE JUST TO GET YOUR MONEY. YOU WILL not get it back until 3-10 business days. Believe the reviews this place is unprofessional. It didn't take 3 to 10 business days  for me to pay you. Now my money is tied up. Mind you as I was there 2 other people walked up with the same story. Our money was taken online with NO VEHICLE we RENTED. Seem like a huge Scam to me. Something needs to be done or this place should be SHUT DOWN. I ASKED 4 TIMES Are you sure this car is on the lot. I was told yes. All your plans and events will have to be cancelled.

I greatly appreciate the great service I got. I needed a bigger car than the one I own on short notice. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of from the time I called, to the time I returned the car. Highly recommend.

I am very disappointed with this location.  I made my reservation online for a10;30 am pick up.  Once I got here I was informed that I wouldn't be able to get my rental until 4:30 pm.  I took an Uber to get here.  She told me she could call me when a car would be available.  There are multiple cars sitting on the lot,  but she said that her computer system is down and wouldn't know when it would be back up.  This is now causing me to have to delay the commitments I had for today.  If it wasn't for the fact that I already paid and due to I live in a rural area without other options I would cancel my reservation.  If I were you I would think twice before renting from here.  The photos I have attached are the cars that are presently on the lot.  This will be the last time I use this location.

I had a good experience, my personally. The truck was there upon my arrival even though I came a day late  I just hate gassing those things but good customer service, otherwise!

Budget needs to expand their budget for better employees. Some snooty white lady act like she gods gift to rental vans messed my entire week up tremendously and refused me the van I ordered. can tell she think she is better than you despite the fact she can’t do anything right. can tell she on that budget too with that hairdo. Mmhmmm

Terrible customer service the worst, and to add salt to my wounded experience,  someone got a hold of my credit card number and charged me 300 for a day's rental for a truck that broke down immediately. I am a #neverBudget
