Scheduled to pick up a truck two months in advanced for a day that I needed to move on. Called multiple times to confirm throughout those two months and everything was fine. Called the morning of and was told that they had ZERO trucks. Woman that answered just said “I’m sorry” and hung up the phone. Ended up being put in a very tough and expensive situation as the local UHauls were all booked for the day. Then, two days later, they charged me $50 for not picking up the truck that they didn't have. Very disappointed.
