It shall be the mission of the Buechel Fire Protection District to provide
and maintain personnel, apparatus and equipment that will resolve
emergencies that threaten or will threaten life, property and environment
in our District. The Buechel Fire Protection District shall be primarily
responsible for fire suppression, fire prevention, to control or mitigate
hazardous materials incidents, response to natural disasters and rescue
of trapped, lost or injured persons within our response area. This
District will take a subordinate role in emergency medical service,
evacuation of civilians, response to terrorist or acts of civil disturbance
and mutual aid assistance to those agencies requesting assistance.
