I took advantage of the Thursday BOGO special and ordered medium boneless buffalo wings and honey BBQ boneless buffalo wings through the app. The food was ready for pickup at the designated time, well-prepared, and hot. Although there was a .99 cent service fee for takeout, the BOGO offer made it a decent deal. I would consider trying this place again.
For the Thursday night we had the dinner at Buffalo Wild Wings. We were seated on our seat and greeted by our server Amanda with water and menus. After exploring the menu we decided to order Henny Hustle Signature Cocktail, Chicken Wild Wings, Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich, Cauliflower wings and Chocolate Fudge Cake. First we got our cocktail which was good. Then slowly we started getting our dinner. The dinner was delicious tasty and amazing. Loved our food at buffalo wild wings.
The person taking the order over the phone didn't listen. She had us to repeat 5-6 times. She kept placing us on hold and not returning to the line for 3-4 minutes each time. It was . we had multiple items to place on the To Go. Yes they say patience is a virtue, however it can only go so far. Let me just say I will not return on a Sunday Afternoon again.
They used to make their ranch and it was ten times better!! Makes me so disappointed that now it's in a boxper the waitress it is not what it used to be at ALL. Their chips and "salsa" tasted just like pace picante sauce.
I read the reviews and now I'm not surprised by anything. I'm a delivery driver. I came to pick up an order, showed the staff the app with the customer's name on it. One girl said she would clarify and came back with the words that the order was already being packed. Then she brought another order and said my order was still being prepared. Then she continued bringing orders without paying any attention to me. After 20 minutes, her coworker pointed her hand at me and asked where my order was. The first girl checked on the computer and said she couldn't see my order 25 minutes of waiting had already passed. I asked how this could be and why I had been waiting for over 20 minutes and only now they found out there was a problem with the order. The second girl went to the manager who came out after about 5 minutes to tell me that there was no order. I decided not to give up, as I had already waited 35 minutes for a $10 order and could only cancel it through a call to customer service, which is another 10-20 minutes of delay and no charge for time spent. I told him I had been waiting for 30 minutes already! 30 minutes!!! And why didn't any of the staff tell me there was something wrong with the order when I first came to pick it up!!!! I don't remember what else I said as I was very upset. Eventually the manager asked if I wanted them to fix it. Yes, I did and I really did. After 5 minutes, they waved me off that I could pick up the package with my order.
Absolutely ridiculous. Ordered carryout. Boneless wings fries and wedges. Fries were old and cold. Rest of food was barely warm. So while waiting on fresh fries we sat and began to snack and was told we were not allowed to eat our carry out in store. I explained we were waiting on fresh fries. Manager didn't care. Made us quit eating. 8 mins go bye. Our food is now cold so I asked for fresh and was told no. By the manager. He's beyond awful. I eat buff wild wings twice a week but will no longer be spending my money there. Never again. BYE BUFF WW. BUMMER
Just ridiculous, my family and I arrived an hour before close for a quick grab. Hostess told us to wait 15-20 mins which we didn’t mind, but they actually had us waiting 40 minutes leaving 20 minutes before closing and we had to leave because they were going to close the kitchen. The restaurant had a bunch of empty tables so there wasn’t any need to wait to begin with. I can understand if they’re under staffed and can’t help us out, but at least inform us if that’s the case, don’t have us waiting there wasting our time for no reason.
My one star Is for the food quality. I grew up on Buffalo Wild Wings. I don't know if they changed their boneless wings or what, but they wings barely had any meat and portion size of 1 wing is ridiculous. Seemed like I got the bottom of the bag the left overs and on top of that they were dry. Not worth the hype anymore. Service was great even for my carry out. No problems there. Buffalo wild Wings need to consider changing their boneless wings. I would pay more for meater, juicier, filling wings.
Very very disappointed. I can't believe the quality from BWW. I had always been a fan of BWW and recommended so many people because of the high quality and taste but today it's the other way around. :::. Wings felt like they were baked in the microwave and it was so hard that our jaws started hurting just after couple of wings. Location: Wesley Chapel, FL.
The food was alright, the server was sweet, but we had to flag her down MANY times. I don't typically do that in restaurants, but she just wasn't attentive. The atmosphere was okay. Overall just an "okay" experience. I doubt I will return.Food: 4/5
