Sierra and Diana were the most caring nurses!!! Down to earth, sweet as can be, so efficient and help your anxiety go away! I am blessed to have had them as well as top notch caring doctor Dr Reed he actually cares unlike other doctors nowadays! Anesthesia great! Overall for a surgery a good experience
Really friendly staff. Professional yet not stuffy or too rushed. The place was clean, inviting and large enough to social distance. I would totally recommend. There is a cool snack vending area, I couldn’t use, but looks above average.
Having any procedure plays on your nerves. Just wanted to thank all the staff at Buffalo Surgery Center from the Admission Staff, to the nurses, to the doctors, and all other aides, etc. on their professionalism, their compassion and caring of their patients. I was very comfortable and relax, thanks to all of their employees! Much appreciated!
It was a wonderful experience. Much more comfortable , relaxing environment and everyone on DR.Stoeckl team treated me with respect and very friendly. As for Dr.Stoeckl I feel very fortunate to have him as my surgeon . He is a very compassionate , friendly and supportive. If you need him he is available. I would recommend Dr.Stoeckl and his team and Buffalo Surgery Center in a heartbeat
Had surgery last Thursday here and everyone from the reception, anesthesiologist to the nurses were friendly and considerate. I was a “hard stick,” but the nurses made sure to take their time until they found a vein. Would go back here again if I needed surgery and had the option .
Never saw or spoke to person cutting into me. Was knowingly put on “sleep” “cocktail” by unprofessional anesthesiologist before the doctor was even arrived at building, not knowing when he would be there! Was treated like I was asking for special treatment to want to talk to doc before surgery and before being knocked out. I told them it seems odd and I was not comfortable. They did not make me feel any better. This is after watching staff chat and snack within my view when I was fasting. One even came over to me with food in her mouth to fix a leaking IV I told her about! I’m disgusted.
My experience here was nothing short of great. Went in for an EGD. I was really nervous, and the staff from the second I walked in to the second I left were amazing. Helped calm my nerves, explained everything throughly, and were very patient with me for how nervous i was. The nurses were so nice and great to deal with. Highly suggest BSC.
Great Staff! Your Doctors,nurse's and aids,are great! Calming and professional. Very positive experience! Especially for someone who was anxious from the start
Yesterday I had carpal tunnel surgery with Dr Reed, who gets 10 stars!! This was my first visit at BSC and the best outpatient centers I have been. Melissa, was my admitting RN, and she was awesome. She took her time, patiently explaining everything in detail. Everyone I interacted with was professional & kind!
Having anything done can be a nervous time, but I give thanks to the staff here! From the minute I walked in the door, all I met explained everything being done. A big thanks to Dr. Reed, Dr. Yu & nurse Jill for keeping me calm to have my procedure done. The retired RN appreciated the care given to me!
