Buffalo Wild Wings

Horrible. Never coming here again. Ordered the Buffalo ranch chicken wrap but they didn't add the Buffalo sauce, the tortilla was hard, chicken was over cooked and hard, plus the fries were soggy. My husband ordered the cheese curd burger with no mayo. He received the burger with no tomato, no pickle and no cheese curds with soggy fries as well. Took 40 minutes to get the food, then sat there for 10 minutes waiting on the receipt but decided to go to the register. The place was not busy at all but yet the workers seemed to be in the back.

This place is terrible. Back to back visits we had issues. The latest issue, the server was under the influence of something. She took our drink order and then the menus without ordering food. 30 mins for an appetizer, no check ups and she just starred off into space the whole time. This is unacceptable. I tried to use the Buffalo Wild Wings app but she never came back to take my phone number or anything. I suggest driving to the one 10 minutes north in Machesney Park. First off I called 15 minutes before we got there to let them know there was going to be 8 of us. The hostess said that would be fine and she would get the table ready. We got there and still no table was ready. They were not busy at all at that time. Then one of the hostesses after the tables where together walked into me and did not even say sorry. Then when we all ordered our food which was all fast food to make it took so long for us to get. There was another table that ordered about 5 minutes after us and they got their food about 10 minutes before we did. One of the ladies that was with me had to send her wings back cause they had a bad taste to them. We have come here a lot and never had any problems.

Restaurant was completely empty when our party of 4 adults 2 kids arrived. We were asked to wait 10-15 minutes because it was shift change so we waited up front versus at least being seated and allowed to browse the menu. After waiting about 15-20 minutes we were seated because our server was running late. We were told if we wanted to order to scan the QR code on the table to order that we had no waitress yet. The QR code however doesn’t allow you to specify on the wings the quantity per flavor so we ordered just drinks and let the young lady know we were unable to order the food because many options were missing and the app was $2-5 more per item and after the whole party had ordered it would be much more than ordering from the regular menu. She was annoyed but took our order and brought our drinks. After an hour we had a waitress come in not the original intended one who walked into the situation blind not knowing we’ve been waiting so long, still without food, or the issues we’ve had. Our food was ready shortly after but two of the orders was wrong and one was missing. She quickly rectified the issue. We explained all the issues we’d had since arrival and the time frame for everything and she apologize profusely and was very sweet. She gave us a couple $5 off $25 coupons and took the strawberry lemonades off our bill but never once was a manager ever in sight, never came to our table, anything. This entire time being the only customers in the restaurant. It was highly frustrating to say the least. I would expect much better from a weekday afternoon 2-4pm. While not acceptable but I would have understood more if it was a Saturday night at 9pm but alas it was not.

You know what to expect at Buffalo Wild Wings!So the rating is more reflective of service and atmosphere than food.. it’s big box cookie cutter food you know what you are getting for the most part. Service and hospitality was good cleanliness good! Came to kill time and watch baseball and have a beer did the job.Food: 5/5

This location was very bland. Stood up front with lots of ppl but no host. Went and asked a grp of waitresses for help and they told me to go back up front and wait. The TVs were showing a game, but they were constantly flickering, showing artifacts and bluring, making looking at them nauseating. The "bird dogs" we got while very tasty, didn't fill the bun at all leaving a lot of uneaten bread. Our sandwiches, a chicken and a pulled pork burger, were very good.

We had fun me and the Kiddos decided to go out for Dinner, the Waitress was very nice and Courteous, made sure everything was Good at our table, The Food was Delicious and Hot... Some Sauces are with many choices of Flavors but Good...You will enjoy the local School Jerseys on Display also Tv's Showing Different Sports Vegetarian options: Buffalo style cauliflower, fried pickles , other Appetizers that are Delicious Kid-friendliness: Kids high chairs, booster seats, coloring page w/crayons

We brought 20 soccer players and coaches here on Friday night. They were very accommodating of our entire group, which also included a couple families. The manager, Sulah I believe was her name was fantastic and the wait staff checked in on the boys constantly. The coach is obsessed with BWW, so we’ve visited several locations across IL. This stop was by far the smoothest. Thanks for taking such great care of us!

Went in with my daughter and grand daughter for lunch, the waitress hardly ever came to the table after we ordered. Our drinks finally came, and where completely gone , but we still never received our meal, or saw the waitress again. We had to ask the hostess to make our order to go, as we already waited an hour, we paid our check, and took our food to the park to eat. Forgot to mention, the place was pretty much empty.

Terrible experience. Went in today around 2pm no one was there. We got a table, and no one came to take our order or offer drinks. Finally, someone came and asked what we wanted to drink. After that we waited 15 minutes for someone to come take our order. From there, we waited 20 more minutes for food. When the food came out, it was only my wife's and kids. I waited another 15 minutes for my wings, and my wife and kids were already done with their food. I needed a refill a couple of times, and no one came. I needed silverware, and no one came. Will not be going back to that location.
