Buffalo Wild Wings

I was skeptical given all the negative reviews this place has. From my experience, I can confirm a few… let’s get into it. #1 - Food tastes decent “if” served hot, both our burgers were cold, fortunately it was a take out so we just warmed it up in the oven. Onion rings and boneless wingsoriginal Buffalo sauce were really good. The fries were stone cold, had to revive them in the oven, nothing spectacular, pretty average. Celery and carrots were not fresh at all. #2 - Don’t wait for the staff to check on you, if you ask them proactively about your order they will immediately help you. The lady who I asked was infact very sweet and helped me promptly. #3 - they did not miss out any of my items, so no complaints on that front. The ambiance is pretty good, also there is a ton of seating options, including a bar area. There is lots of parking available. Might dine in during a football / basketball game to see it on a big screen but not for the food alone.

Went there on Saturday evening. The place was dead. Almost everything on tap was "empty". the only thing they had was Sam October. There were probably only about 4 servers total. We ordered mozzarella sticks, fries and wings. Every sauce that we chose wasn't good. orange chicken, bullet bourbon, garlic Parmesan way too salty.The mozzarella sticks and fries came out 20 minutes before the wings. I will never go back to this location

Great wings, but it takes a long time to be seated and get the food. The Hawaiian wings are my favorite! They have the choice between dry and sauce, the sauce is the best.

I love Buffalo Wild Wings, but this location is always a supreme disappointment. I'm not sure why I keep coming back here. I haven't been happy with a single order we've gotten from here. Maybe it's better for dine in, but I would not recommend getting takeout from here. Primary Issues from the past 3 visits 6/4/2022 - They forgot a side of fries and a bottle of sauce, we stood at the counter for 10 minutes before someone addressed us plenty of staff walked by, but I'm sure it wasn't their responsibility to handle the takeout counter 9/05/2022 - Again, they forgot a side of fries. It took 15 minutes of standing at the counter there was even a guy ahead of us waiting for longer before the manager came over to handle the takeout counter. 11/23/2022 - They forgot a large side of fries this time. After 10 minutes of waiting, my S/O leaned over the counter and got our food. I got 10 wings and there might have been a tablespoon of sauce used for all of them. It was surprisingly calm for a bww! They messed up our order but they were upfront about it and made amends quickly. Wings were good as always. Tried the Mac and cheese for the first time and that was good as well. Clean place and friendly staff.

Went there a few weeks ago. Waitress ignored us. Fried pickles and mozzarella sticks undercooked, the batter was still wet. The waitress tried charging us for another tables orders and when we asked for the correct receipt she pointed at a table and said "i was keeping you both on the same tab to save time". Got another receipt saying my total was $0.09 after they ran my card? Place was a hot mess.

DO NOT COME HERE FOR UFC FIGHTS!!! If your expecting a good time, watching the fight with food and drinks, look for a better bar. Service is almost nonexistent. Short staffed and bad cooks. Wings come out late and oil soaked, sauce or rub falling off and bar service is extremely slow. The place needs a total overhaul, starting with management.

75 dollars spent today and not one thing was hot. All literally cold. My boneless wings were clearly dry and had been cooked hours before only to be dipped in a sauce and microwaved. Appetizer hot on the outside cold inside. My wife’s burger. Cold. Not once did a server check on us after bringing the food. Waited 15 min for her to bring a bill for us to pay only to be told “you have to use the QR code on the table to pay” which then took another 5 minutes of me filling out information on my phone. I’m used to the one in Danvers. This place will not last. Embarrassing

We waited for over 45 minutes for our food!! The service was super slow and sluggish. When our food arrived, it was not even hot. The wings were overcooked, the cheese sauce on the nachos were salty and the burgers were bland. The carrot sticks that arrived with our food were whitish, shrivelled and looked very strange and tasted even weirder. To top it all of there was a dead bug floating in my drink. The upside were the delicious cheesecake bombs and the mozzarella sticks. I'm sure our waitress forgot to put our order in as other patrons which arrived after us had gotten their food before us.Either way, this is not the place to go for fast food or service.

This is a restaurant that is always shocked to discover that it's a restaurant. I've been here three times, and there has never been a hostess at the front when I've arrived. It's wildly understaffed, the service and kitchens are slow, and the few staff who do work here always seem extremely put-out when I suggest that I'd like to order something. Every time I've been here, I've said to myself, "surely it will be functioning like a real restairant this time," and every time, I've been wrong. It's really my fault for wanting boneless wings so bad. I'm giving two stars instead of one because when I have been served food here, it was fine.
