Buffalo Wild Wings

The last two times we have ordered for takeout they have messed our orders up. We usually love this place but growing extremely aggravated by the lack of attention they pay. Ordered Nashville hot but got some gross smelling/tasting bbq flavor this last time. And the hostess when picking up is not very pleasant.Food: 2/5

This place is hilariously bad. Obviously the service took hours which was awful but I’m more concerned with the Bloody Mary. I ordered the $10 ultimate Bloody Mary up charge over the normal one and what they brought me is what is pictured. Literally the worst Bloody Mary I’ve had at over 100 places across the US and Mexico. I’ve had bad ones and I tolerate them, it happens not everybody knows how to make this iconic beverage. But what confused me was that I ordered this ultimate Bloody Mary, it took like 45 minutes not even exaggerating and then it is this watered down tomato essence with no toppings. For the first time in my life I complained, and was told they’d just take it off the bill. Then they didn’t take it off the bill anyway.

I understand being short staffed, but tables were stacked with dishes and no waiter/waitress cleaning them off. They just wanted to get their tips and would walk off. The sign had "Seat Yourself," but there wasn't anyplace that was cleaned off. We sat at a table that hadn't been cleaned, and a really sweet waitress came, cleaned the table, and took our order. The food was good. I don't understand at some places why a manager isn't helping.

Went to order take and and the food was pretty good. As I waited for my I had a view of the kitchen and servers. I saw two servers pick up food off a plate and eat it. One pick up fries off a plate and took the same one to another. Good thing Ingot line to go. I would never dine inFood: 4/5

This place is a bar and grill chain. Extremely noisy atmosphere with televisions surrounding the dining room offer continual overstimulation. I couldn't hear my hostess or my server and felt like we were all shouting...and we were! If you like this type of noisy boisterous atmosphere then you might like it. Definitely NOT a family type restaurant although I saw many young folks there with young children which is astounding. Very expensive for what was ordered. Just under thirty dollars plus tip made it over thirty for 2 people and order consisted of a burger and fries and a chicken sandwich with fries and 2 diet colas. Food was mediocre - typical chain. Spouse did enjoy the Ghost pepper sauce and took some home, but they do not sell the sauce. Unique:. Food server on a paper sheet on top of an aluminum flat pan. Servers were some standoffish although pleasant and kept things well attended to. Manager was right on top of things and quite pleasant.

The fact that the kitchen and then the server brought out what they thought was Ultimate Nachos to our table was an abomination. I cannot believe this is what you serve at this location. An absolute joke. Saturday night, out of Beer of the Month, Traditional Wings and garbage food sent out to the table. As a former manager for franchise and corporate locations, I’ve been disgusted with the service, food quality and experience in this restaurant. Do better. This is a disgrace to the company.

I have been to this location twice. The first time I left as no one came to wait on me after 10 minutes. So, today I thought I would give them a second chance and was sorry that I did. Again, the time waiting for my order to be taken was totally too long, the food was OK and finally it took extremely too long for the staff to bring the bill. Two things about a restaurant causes me not to come back. Bad food and poor service. This BWW's needs help with service. Will not be going back and will not be recommending this place to my co-workers.

Well the food was OK I ordered nachos with chicken and beef I got the chicken but no beef. There was almost NO cheese. I asked for carrots and ranch never got those. The place was not busy so I don't know what the issue was. When asking for beer you may or may not get it. We come here every Tuesday and for some reason we had a different server and we really missed him. We will see how it is next Tuesday.

If I could give zero stars I would. First off, it took 20 minutes for anyone to even come to our table after being sat. It took another 20 minutes for our drinks to come out. It took 35 minutes after that to get our food. My food wasn't right and when I did get my correct food it made me feel instantly sick. Do yourself a favor, and just order a pizza for takeout instead.

Idk how you can mess up a salad but Bdubs finds a way. This is the saltiest salad I've ever had. No joke - salty as sea water. I got the Caesar Salad to try and be somewhat healthy and to be honest I think even a burger would be healthier than all this salt. Not only is the dressing basically concentrated salt water, the chicken is over-salted too. And the croutons. Every part of this salad is *extra* salty. I wanted salt to be on my fries, which were supposed to come with my order but were not included. Maybe they thought salting the salad was good enough. Either way, if you want something healthy, don't go here. Maybe a wings and burger joint isn't the best place to try and be healthy anyway, but perhaps they shouldn't even pretend to have healthy options if they're just going to be trash.
