How is this little bit of guac 2 dollars???? Also, ordered 2 salads for a total of 35 dollars and the lettuce was starting to get mushy and brown. BW3 isn’t worth the prices anymore. Please check and make sure you are using fresh products.

What has happened to this franchise? My wife's beer was flat. The chips and salsa was as bad as I've ever had. It all tasted store.bought. I had a chicken sandwich that I could not finish. At first I thought it was the pickles so I took them off. The taste was just so off. The server was Nicole. She did a great job. I thought it was just the North Olmsted location that had really lost it's way but I was wrong. Sadly we won't be going to any BW3s anymore.

Eat here weekly with never a complaint. Young blonde lady working take out on 2/23, Thursday night. absolutely horrendous! Had me waiting 30 minutes meanwhile my order was ready the whole time. Was a busy night but that’s absolutely bs! Kept going on the pop corner going on her phone. Had to ask another worker for my food.

Food was great! Although out of mint for the mojito, it was great! Burger was juicy and greasy! Soo good!!! Skip the Nashville Hot sauce... no comparison to Nashville hot.

Friendly staff, good wings. Bathroom was nasty. I would say it doesn't take long for someone to make a mess but there was dry urine on the seats that looked like it had been there for days.Recommended dishes

We go almost every Sunday. We tend to have a large group. Our waitress was wonderful. The food was great, slow coming out to us I know they were busy but it just sat there we sat by the kitchen and could see. My issue is the biggest rivalry game of the year is Browns vs Steelers. Today was that day and they didn't have it playing on the big screen. How can you not play the biggest rivalry game on the big screen? When we asked to switch to the biggest screen, since the game was only on the corner screens in the dinning room. We were told the big screen was reserved for another game. It's the first time I've been really thrown off. I didn't know you can reserve the TV. But in the end what what matters is the food and service and that was great.

This location tends to get very busy. Lots of restaurants have challenges these days, but this Bdubs really seems to struggle. On my last visit I ordered carry out and waited a full 40 minutes from the time my food was supposed to be ready ~30 minutes after ordering. I got home to find the food was cold and didn't include the sauce I ordered. Still like their food, but I'd eat in or use a food service in the future - those orders seem to get priority from the kitchen.
