Buffalo Wild Wings

This was the Virginia area while traveling, the waiter Ethan was awesome & friendly, the food was hot and appetizing. I ordered the hot wings & man they were hot. I've had hot wings at other places but I guess they playing games with the heat, lol, I'll try mild next time. Vegetarian options: They have fried pickles, delicious & salads Parking: It's located in a plaza, so if it's busy you may have to park further away & walk a bit but the walk won't be long.

We go maybe every other month and we like going when it's not too busy. The food seems fresher and the servers are less stressed so they are more friendly and attentive. Their loaded tots are awesome. Not a huge fan of the new bourbon bbq sauce but everything else is yummy.Food: 4/5

Could charge less or get better wing supplier. Maybe just need a better cook that doesn’t overcook the wings. Stop being stingy with the sauce.Food: 3/5

Dear Buffalo Wild Wings.. this is not acceptable! Overcooked tenders! You are closed so I can’t call to complain! Use fresh grease to cook food! You CANNOT continue to use the same old grease! If you do this is what will happen! I am a regular customer and I do not appreciate your service tonight! Do better! Much better! Overcooked! Too hard and burned!

My husband ordered a pickup order, the pickup time couldn’t be changed so he waited until 12:20 to arrive, he got there and realized he was missing a container of wings, which they luckily made but then when we opened the box of wings getting home and of course the other two boxes had been sitting out so the wings were cold. It would’ve been nice if they made the food at the promised time and or messaged to pick up earlier. May give this location another try, just disappointing.

The employees here have ZERO customer service skills. I scheduled an online order at 3pm, for a pick-up at 620pm. I arrive at 620pm and get informed that the order isn't ready and that it'll be another 15-20 minutes. No explanation or apology for the additional wait, even though the pickup was placed three hours ago. This is also after waiting 5 minutes to talk to someone in the take-out area. I decide to cancel the order, and the cashier informs me that it'll be a few days before I receive a refund. I ask for confirmation of a refund, so she retrieves her manager because she doesn't know how to produce confirmation of a refund. "Manager" arrives and he also doesn't know how to produce confirmation of a refund, and he states, "I'm new and don't know how to do that, but the manager during the day time can". I ask him if he can write something, stating that I will be receiving a refund for the order, and he writes something on a 1"x 1" piece of paper, LOL. He doesn't even provide a copy of the receipt, I had to ask for it?! It was a very comical experience, but also sad because I love B'Dubbs, just not this particular one. I will not be going back, or recommend anyone ever order takeout from this place. P.S. Looking around in the waiting area, I can tell I was not the only unhappy customer waiting for their order. :

If you know when to go and what to get - value for money. Don't go alone, the place is designed for groups 2 or more. If you are a sports fan, there are plenty of screens - you might catch what you wanna watch. The drinks are decent. Service is usually okay. The food is extremely unhealthy, but tasty. Not for vegans. The cauliflower wings are a big NO.

If I could give zero stars I would. Because I wasn't a regular I wasn't even looked at as a customer. Came in to watch my game and left after 2 short poured beers......they are short pouring every beer to cover and keg loss. Don't let them play that game with you guys. I'm in the industry. Going to a place that will serve me correctly. Tiff the bartender is horrible! Can't tell you how the food was because I didn't waste money or time to try it. Manager just said sorry sir. Actually spoke to her face to face outside. Poos response there as well!

Great place to eat and drink. The atmosphere was awesome inside and outside sitting areas. Tons to do with slots available. Does get busy here so making a reservation wouldn't be a bad idea but we just walked in. Food was hot and the drinks were cold ... Thank you for an awesome experience. First time back in 3 years. Can't believe how much it has fallen. On an uncrowded Thursday night it took an hour and a half from the time I walked in the door at 9pm until I left at 10:30 for me to get seated, get someone to find me a server, for the server to take my order, for me to get a beer and 6 wings, to get my check, and to pay it. Unreal. The wings are still a bit better than average, but not worth the time. You would probably be better off ordering take out or sitting at the bar. My review from 3 years ago: Wings are good as i remember them. Thursday is boneless day, 65 cent boneless wings. Service was adequate, but 20 minute wait from time of order until it was brought out doesn't make much sense when the place is empty...we were there before 11am...
