Buffalo Wild Wings

I normally eat wings. This visit I decided to try the cheese curd bacon burger. HANDS DOWN this is by far the BEST BURGER I've EVER had. Super juicy,full of flavor and very filling. My son had a cheese quesadilla. Also ordered mozzarella sticks and cheese curds with Carmel sauce which was recommended by our waitress. Definitely the best meal I've had. I feel terrible for not remembering our waitresses name,but she was absolutely amazing. Super friendly efficient and professional.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! I used to love bww, bit after this visit, I'll never go back. Walked in, no one at the counter to order. Waited awhile for someone to finally acknowledge us. keep in mind I haven't been in this store in like 10 years so I was excited to go back we get our order in and wait the 20, 25 minutes for it. We get home and there was so much wrong. The fries were cooked twice. Like they reheated them in the fryer to serve because they sat out too long. One order of wings was not fully cooked and kind of cold. One was a dry rub that you could clearly seepics posted that were white in spots from either being over cooked or frezer burned.. which they tasted stale so I'm gonna guess both. One of the order of boneless wings we got had sauce just kind of tossed in the box with them.. also in the pictures... Just really bummed because we love wings plus I hadn't been to bww in years and loved buffalo wild wings until today. There is so many places to get good wings in Reno and Sparks... Bully's, even Mel's diner is better. Just go anywhere else for wings really

What a fun experience. Was a little crowded because only half the restaurant was being used but we should all know by now, the struggle of staffing. The wings were delicious as always. Our server was nothing short of amazing. Thank you Bri!!!!!

I would like to start off saying that Shawna is an amazing bartender! Very stunning and amazing watching her be in her zone and enjoying it. I was able to get a spot at the bar and enjoy my drink knowing when I ordered my food it would come in a timely manner because she was always checking on my wings. I was even able to ask for the TV to be changed to a game I was watching earlier without any problems.

Great service staff!! Kyla and Gabby took care of us tonight. Kyla worked to ensure that the games we wanted to see were on screen for us.We were from out of state and wanted to watch the Auburn and Nebraska games. Kyla's shift ended and Gabby picked up the table for the remainder of the evening. She kept the drinks full and brought a few appetizers as well. All around a great experience!!!

Zero stars if I could. Terrible, rude waitress on the dining side that doesn't know how to bus anything at All! Never came back to table, had to flag her down for refills. Freezer burnt, hard as a rock boneless wings with barely any sauce on them, inedible. Cold, old, dry Mac and cheese that my daughter didn't eat. Greasy gross mess of a burger that left my husband with a stomach ache. Dirty beer glasses on both rounds. Only plus was the beer was cold and tasted good. Worst dining experience in a very long time! Left hungry. Don't waste your money!

Typically my husband and I have a great time at this location, however this past Thursday when we tried to celebrate a friend's birthday, both hostesses threw a fit that we had a large party of 12 they don't take reservations ahead of time. They told us there was about an hour wait so we happily waited just to be told 45 minutes later that they weren't taking any new tables. When questioned, we were rudely snapped at by a bratty high school looking female with double braids who I'm guessing was a food runner as she wasn't upfront with the other two hostesses. She came out from the back and basically told us to go elsewhere, that she wouldn't help us and that they were understaffed followed by a comment that if we wanted food to come back and cook it ourselves in the kitchen. Very rude and inappropriate behavior as well as customer service as she also snapped at two smaller groups. Unbelievable.

Service was sub par but the food was the worst I’ve ever seen. The nachos had nothing on them, basically served chips. This was a one a done for sure.

Took just over 13 minutes for our waitress to ask us what we would like to drink spoiler, it was water Took about another 15 minutes after that before we actually got our waters and our orders put in. After about 30 minutes I got my entree whilst the other 2 orders at the table didn't come for yet another 20 minutes or so. All food came out room temp and underwhelming in terms of flavor and quality of meat. All in all an incredibly time consuming and frustrating experience. As a BDubs lover, this was incredibly dissappointing. I've had significantly better food and service at difference Buffalo Wild Wings locations. Likely won't be going back.

If I could leave 0 star review, I would of. Never in my life have I gotten this sick before. My friend husband owns a restaurant and told us to call because four out of five adults got sick. I will tell Everyone not to go there Waitress Kyla is amazing server
