Buffalo Wild Wings

So this just happened…. A friend and I walked into to the establishment. We waited for a few moments, looking at the menu and some of the flavors of the wings. After about a minute or so we called out. No one came. We waited about 3-5 minutes felt like ten but some one came out from the kitchen area saying we could sit in the dinning room so we walk over he said someone should be there to help us we walk over and see this guy as we are looking for somewhere to sit the man in the picture didn’t even acknowledge that we were there regardless of him, possibly being on break he could have acknowledge that there were customers, and that he could get someone for us being as though he didn’t I didn’t even want to eat there and we left I didn’t feel comfortable and it didn’t seem like anyone was pleased to help us besides the gentleman who came from the kitchen. I also feel like if you don’t want to be bothered by customers, you might not want to take your break in the dining room, where they should be greeted and seated, and I believe that we spoke out loud enough for someone in the building to hear us and by that time I did not want to spend my money there. I didn’t get a chance to taste the food so I’m not able to rate the food. The service wasn’t good either as to why I gave them one star. The atmosphere was OK. We would have had the place to ourselves, but we were not greeted or acknowledged

Hands down one of the WORST BDubs experiences I've ever had. 1. The ac was broken. There was No signage anywhere stating this. 2. The waitress had a bit of an attitude from the moment we got in and even took awhile to come back so we could place the order. Our waitress wasn't very present or attentive and didn't check in. Then went to the closet and was on her phone. 3. Waited 30 mins for just our food , 10 boneless wings 6 bone in, and by the time it came to us it had been sitting out and cold. 4. Some of the bone in wings were way over cooked and rubbery. And the boneless ones had only one right flavor and the other flavor was wrong. 5. Ran out of veggies. I wanted to take a chance on this location and it was such a negative experience I wouldn't ever be going back.

Stopped by to relax and enjoy a cocktail and wings until the bartender literally flung the menu at me. I was hoping to start frequenting the place to watch my UFC fights, but the attitude and vibe from the bartender was a complete turn off and made me feel unwelcome. Walked out before ordering.Service: 1/5

I go to Buffalo Wild Wings pretty often, especially on Thursday nights because they have a great deal. There is one server that always attends my friends and I while we are there, and she is fast and understanding. This is a great place to relax, chill, and eat.Food: 5/5

Been there numerous times with customer service being very unprofessional. Recently visited for take out order with no one to help at the takeout counter for at least 15 to 20 minutes. Then went to the bar to attempt to order with a server named Sarah who took our order and then walked away with an attitude suggesting we order at the takeout counter next time. Plan was to order some alcoholic drinks while we waited but no one ever came back and then after waiting quite a while finally received our order. Not sure how this place stays open but did put in a formal complaint with corporate and was told I would expect a call from management or the owner within two to four business days with still no response. I've received the same. I have gotten this unprofessional and rude behavior from staff their multiple times but felt it was finally time to leave a review.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the “night dawg” that’s supposed to have Cole slaw, ranch, and French fries on it. All I got was chicken tenders on a bun. We also ordered two chicken sandwiches and there was no pickles or mayo. We ordered cheese fries and didn’t even get them. Absolutely terrible, awful.

The literall worst service in all of Maryland I wanted wings with a friend and lord have mercy they had no one there to serve us we waited like ten to 15 mins calling hello and no one answered and one of the managers was sitting in the dinning area so we were so confused but stay out of this place if you want good serviceService: 1/5

Pretty slow service on a Saturday night. Employee in the back was patting their hair for about 30mins and touching plates and was doing it over the food. Please do that in the bathroom at leastFood: 3/5

Had one uncooked wing. AC was not working /on. Waiter was good and food we had tasted good.Food: 4/5

Oh my goodness this had to be one of the worst experiences at a restaurant that I have ever experienced. Both myself and my brother each drove 1.5 hours to meet for dinner and we choose BDubs because we know that we all would find something we enjoy on the menu including our little ones. The server struggled the whole time to provide decent service. I will say he got a little better as the night went on. 4 of the 7 of us could not eat our dinners. You could tell all the food spent too much time under a heat lamp. We sent two hamburgers back because they where completely burnt and black. We sent two order of wings back becuase they where cold. Some how in less the 2 min they produced a "fresh" order. All they did was microwave them and toss them in way too much sauce. We finally asked for a manager who refused to come to the table. When asked how to contact the owner or a district manager the staff refused to provide that information. I guess I will call the corporate office Monday. I would strongly recommend that you go elsewhere and based off a lot of other reviews others agree with me.
