Asked to go to the bar area, was told to wait 15min, I get seated in regular area. I understand employee shortages but not even trying here. The bar area wasn't even busy.Food: 4/5
There was hardly no one there had to wait twenty min to sit in bar area. When Finley sat at the bar area they told us to use the app to order! Lucky there was a waiter that took are order. When we got are food the chicken was over seasoned and dry and when we wanted a refill on soda no one came. The tacos were the only some what good thing I had. After done eating took forever to get check. The waiters there don’t seem to be happy to be there and the table was sticky. This place was once a good place to go to but now this is going to be my last unless they get there act together.
This review is actually for the "Wild Burger" portion of BWW, in DailyCity, Ca, at the Serramonte Center. We ordered food for the family from an online menu that posts some pretty decent pictures. We ordered the Smoke Brisket Burger and fries with various toppings. We picked it up, so there was really no wait time. Let me say when the food got home, it took everything in me not to go back. The food is TRASH, GARBAGE, HORRIBLE. The servings were small, the burgers were burnt, and hard, however it was lathered with sauce, so we didn't taste the charred burgers until we bit into them. The potato wedges were so dry, and had so much season salt on them, my mouth was hot the moment I ate one. I don't know who made the food, but they need their...well you know what kicked, and I mean kicked good. It's fine, cause they will never have to worry about us again. The whole experience was terrible.
As a group of four people, we traveled for 2 hours from our location to reach Buffalo Wild Wings in Daly City, California. Before arriving, I called them multiple times during our journey to inquire about the possibility of making a reservation, but they informed us that they couldn't accommodate it, which we understood. I also asked about the foot traffic and potential delays, but we managed to reach the restaurant at 10:20 PM PST, well before the kitchen's closing time at 11:30 PM PST. Since we were friends visiting from another country and experiencing Buffalo Wild Wings for the first time, we wanted to make sure we had all the details sorted before arriving. Although I had been to this location frequently with other friends, I wanted to ensure everything went smoothly. When we got there, they informed us of a 15 to 20 minutes wait time, and while waiting, we used the restrooms. Around 11 PM PST, after a 30-minute wait, the front desk person approached us and said they would be closing soon. We politely asked if it was possible to be seated before the kitchen's closing time at 11:30 PM PST, explaining that we were prepared to order since we had already looked at the menu. After checking with the manager and staff, they regretfully informed us that it wouldn't be possible to dine in at 11:15 PM PST. I requested to speak with the manager, Scott, but I was told he was unavailable at the moment. However, they suggested we place a takeout order instead. We proceeded to order the items we wanted, but when I asked for the happy hour menu and National Wing Day offer, they declined without providing much information. We settled the payment, and finally, at 11:22 PM PST, the manager, Scott, came to understand the situation. He informed us that only one staff member was available to serve tables at that time, contradicting what the front desk had told us earlier. To accommodate us, Scott offered a table in the bar area, which was not initially offered to us until he mentioned it. We were waiting for our food when they mistakenly gave us a to-go order instead of serving us at the table, as the manager had promised. Throughout this experience, there seemed to be a lack of transparency, with staff members providing incorrect information, including misidentifying the manager's name. We observed that the front desk and staff appeared eager to leave from 10:30 PM onwards, and other customers who arrived before us were not informed about the situation, leading them to wait without being seated. This experience has left us feeling disappointed and insecure, as it seemed the staff was more interested in just getting us to eat quickly without providing proper service. Having been a patron of this Buffalo Wild Wings for the past 8 years while living in the Bay Area, I must say that the quality of customer service has deteriorated over time. The lack of respect and transparency, along with the disappointing food quality, has left us with a very negative impression. They served us food that appeared to have been cooked hours before, and they even neglected to provide celery and carrots, simply throwing together whatever was left. In conclusion, this was an extremely unsatisfactory experience, marred by deceitful practices, poor customer service, and subpar food quality. It is disheartening to see a place that I once enjoyed visiting degrade to such a disappointing state.
I came here even after reading many of the reviews. That was a huge mistake. While our waitress was friendly , she was incredibly overworked. In the hour long visit, we never got refills of drinks, when asked for a fork to eat the food , we never received one until close to 25 minutes later. By that time the food was cold and inedible. This place has gone seriously down hill. The price on everything has skyrocketed, nothing else has kept pace service wise. I cannot recommend a visit here. You will be disappointed
Way understaffed as I see almost all the tables still littered and uncleared full of dirty tables and refuse. I had to clear my own table and wipe it down. Hot chicken sandwich was thin, small and spicy but not anything I would order again. Natural cut fries and beer battered onion rings eye much better but were just warm. Decent selection of craft beers. Service was friendly although first beer was a mistake. Plenty of TVs playing sports and a fun interactive online bar trivia competing against everyone nationally.
The thing I liked the most about this place was our server. Cat was so helpful and sweet. She made sure we had everything we needed. She was able to help us pick out flavors for our wings. Food was good. The one thing I did not like about the place was they had no bussers. I have worked in the restaurant business for years and I find it kind of gross that they have the servers cleaning tables. I hope this changes in the future. Other then that it's was pretty good.
Longer wait than usual on BOGO 50% Tuesdays, and staff could have been a bit more attentive. Food is always a win at BWW so we keep coming back
Food was great. Wait was extremely long. The restaurant was messy. The whole 2 hours we were there, no one cleaned the tables shown in pic. The service was great but the servers are definitely overworked. More staff is needed for this place to be better. There was 2 servers this night and one of them seem to be doing more than the other: our server was running around doing multiple things at once and the other not so much.
Service was ok. The lady barely stopped to check on us. We had to ask for refills by the time we got them we were ready to leave. The staff was standing around by the restroom on the phone while we were waiting for our waiter to help us. They have so much potential but will never come back here again. My Brisket Ultimate nachos were ultimate chips and jalapeños. less than 1oz cheese and 1oz brisket. The wings were great but just not worth my money to drive from Napa to get horrible food.
