I actually spoke to someone over the phone for a quote. She was sweet, honest, and knowledgeable about their products. She advised me to take a moment to speak with my current insurer, and if it wasn't as she said it would be, call her back. I took her advice, and it was exactly as she said it would be. I have respect for her and this agency because it wasn't about their bottom line. It was about doing the right thing for the consumer.
