Took my grandson and he had so much fun!! Employees were so friendly and helpful!! We also got BABs for his sisters. Will definitely visit again!!
Lori was absolutely amazing, my friend had never made a bear before and even as adults she made it the best experience I’ve ever had in a build a bear, she was so full of energy, very helpful, and VERY friendly, she was absolutely perfect, and we appreciate her for going above and beyond for us. can only imagine how much the kiddos love her too! Thank you Lori for making this such an amazing experience for us!
Always a fun place! Got a 13$ birthday bear bc my daughter was turning 13 and added a 5$ shirt. Employees could have been a little nicer.
Lori is truly an asset to Build A Bear Workshop. She was very professional, courteous, and has a great friendly, and warm personality. She assisted me when I was making a bear for my girlfriend. Not only did she help me find everything I need, she even helped me get the bear dressed while I completed the birth certificate. She has a positive attitude and truly exceeded my expectations as a customer. The world needs more people like Lori in it and I am grateful that she made my experience, an AMAZING ONE! Thank you Lori for being… GREAT! You are a rockstar!
Went in to get a birthday gift and the one we wanted only had the display one left. We asked if we could buy that one and we’re told no. “Because it’s not fair to others that might want the same one” and that’s fine. But after walking around the mall for a bit we walk back by and see someone else buying the exact same display one we had just asked about earlier. Worst and probably last visit we will be having at this location.
I brought my boys in for their birthday bears and everyone was so sweet and was very helpful! we can’t wait to go again
It was such a fun place to bring a child. There are lots of fun options to customize a bear, including a voice box that can be added to the bear of choice. There are many little things that make this a memorable place for parent and child.This will be a place that I re-visit and definitely recommend. All the staff members were very friendly and clearly accustomed to working with children.
I love this place for the kids. My kids went 20 yrs ago, with the same setup. Fun to watch!
