All the staff here were very friendly and helpful when my child had trouble picking out an animal. They showed him some of the cool things they could do some light up but did not pressure me to make a more expensive purchase.
It was an exciting and fantastic experience wandering around the shop. The staff was super friendly and attentive to customers. You can buy pre-built bears or custom bears with personalized voices at a reasonable price. There are many souvenir items for kids and adults. The store is clean, neat, and beautiful inside and outside. If you have kids, take them to this store to maintain a good relationship with them.
Went in to get 12 of my bears restuffed and also to get my newest one Oogie Boogie and the lady’s were excited to see older ones and all 3 of them were amazing. 6 Star Wars and 6 Halloween. Thank you again ladies for doing this for me and my family!
So much fun watching my grandson pick out a birthday bear and watch it be made. He really enjoyed watching the bear get filled at the big machine filled with all the stuffing. He really liked pushing the pedal with his foot to operate the machine. Very friendly place.
The staff was so helpful. They walked me and my kids through all the steps to make a monkey for my wife. Great sales also

We had a great experience. However, we were double charged. : But they were sweet to offer us to come back in and get reimbursed. Love the process for building a bear, very memorable.
Wonderfully, wish they had a bear with a clover on it for St. Patrick's Day which was my son's birthday but no luck. Only slightly different shaded bears for the pay your age. My daughter only goes here on her birthday and I with the pay ur age could be deducted from another designed bear and we could pay the difference. Bc we have 4-5 birthday bears in our house now from every year and I'm thinking next year she won't want to go in with her money anymore bc she said the other bears are too expensive even on her birthday.
My wife and I have been to build a bear several times over the last few years. Typically we visit the Tacoma store as it is closer to our home. But today we ended up out at South Center and went to this location for build a bear. My wife and I had a very stressful weekend that was very emotional. We were making a memorial bear and with everything being so recent and the wounds still so fresh. When they would ask us who the bear was for all we could manage was to say it was for us. One of the employees Morgan was able to figure out what the true purpose was and offered us comfort in what is arguably one of the hardest times in our lives up to this point. Words can't express my gratitude for their kindness and empathy. Her coworker Jey was just as friendly and helpful. I see it worth the drive just to go to this location in the future.
