It has inspired me to actively consider being an entrepreneur and given me the basic guidelines. Besides that I did enjoy a new and fresh breeze on common business topics like leadership.
It was a very lively program and interesting as I understood better lots of thing by being part of an association and having already worked in an NGO I made a lot of links with my personal experiences.
I want to become an entrepreneur myself and this course really helped me to realize all the steps of building a project. And now I think I know where to start !
The Program was absolutely a before and after, the class was a bridge between my learning and ideas into my actual actions within a sustainable and entrepreneurial way of doing business. It was a significant tool as a guidance to become a sustainability leader. I personally believe that this kind of program should be taught in every business school. I found it too inspiring, It is noticeable that was created with passion an actual experience. I would completely recommend it!
One of the most insightful courses I've ever attended during my study. The course is very well-structured. Mr. Rohfritsch is an energetic person who gives you the impact through his own stories and experiences. By underlining the values such as sustainability, the knowledge I gained from the program is certainly applicable to any projects I'd have in the future.
I would recommend this program to a lot of my classmates as I think it could change their perspectives on what is important, personal goals and self accomplishment through meaningful projects.
Besides being an enthusiastic, focused and charismatic speaker, Théo Rohfritsch provided valuable insights and presented new perspectives to my class during an intensive 3-day program. Not only did he share clear and realistic frameworks for realising a project from scratch and prove their worth based on his own experiences, but he also remained transparent about the challenges that are likely to be experienced by social entrepreneurs. While doing so, he explained how to overcome such difficulties and how to achieve our goals despite complications and adversity. What I particularly appreciated about this program, is that Mr. Rohfritsch did not try to convince us to follow a particular path or to choose a certain lifestyle. Instead, he shared interesting questions with us, which he encouraged us to think about - in order to consequently figure out how we decide to design our lives; what we want out of our career, and what kind of impact we want to have throughout our lives. Al in all, I highly recommend the CSR Dreams Hunter Program and Théo Rohfritsch as a speaker, and I hope that many more students will get the chance to gain a new perspective in this way.
I invite the program’s founder every year to share his speech on how to become a sustainability leader from scratch at Toulouse Business School. It’s an experience to remember both for me and my Bachelor students ! Theo’s energy, storytelling and inspiring projects offer a modern view on the world’s challenges, give us a sense of the big picture and the motivation that anyone can start doing something meaningful. I highly recommend it.
A pleasant course given by a teacher who is passionate about his subject and who has been able to transmit his motivation. Beyond knowledge, he shares a real life lesson based on significant experiences. Dream hunter program allowed me to understand that everything is possible with a dose of imagination and good determination. I had the chance to follow this program and I strongly recommend it to students because it allowed me to develop a reflection, an open mind compared to the traditional theoretical courses I was able to follow. I keep valuable advice after this course which is useful in my professional and personal life. Thanks,
A super enjoyable course taught by a passionate and enthusiastic teacher ! It was great to focus on our creative sides and open our minds to new possibilities and different ways of thinking. This course motivated me to start on great projects and think big and feasible ! 100% recommend for students as well as professionals, we are too caught up in our own routines and this course is a reminder to step out of this as much as we can..
