We purchased our kitchen cabinets through BFS. Things went smoothly at first, until it came down to delivery and install. They forgot to deliver our kitchen island, they sent us a cabinet that was the wrong size, and sent us the wrong size filler strip to get our crown molding to the ceiling. Then they never took ANY responsibility for it but put all the blame on us. We are homeowners, not contractors. They never came to our house to measure anything. They claim it was because our house was a new build and not yet standing, yet our roof was completed a month before production of the cabinets started and they had every opportunity to come out and measure. They then tried charging us for the new cabinet that they figured wrong. Thankfully they did settle on not charging us but we were responsible for delivering the wrong cabinet and picking up the correct cabinet. They blamed our contractor for installing the cabinets incorrectly, but that was impossible to do considering the way our cabinets are designed, there is only one way to install them. Overall, it’s been a nightmare and hindsight we would NEVER use BFS again and regret our decision to do so. Communication is poor and their lack of responsibility is sickening. Save yourself the headache and use someone else for kitchen cabinets!
